Of course, instead of paying them and training them right, and actually using up to date ordering technology, they just close down. Dazed, confused, and intentionally slow. Management is almost as bad as McDonalds downtown. Fire whoever the franchisee is. They're sick and disconnected from reality

Stood at the counter forever without being acknowledged. Then when the lady came up she didn't say a word. Just took the order. Hamburger had no tomato on it. Ask him about it they said oh we're out of it. Horrible customer service!!

The employees have terrible attitudes. While waiting for our food, during lunch, the manager stood at the counter on her phone and made multiple comments complaining about the guests walking in. They charge you for sides of gravy etc, which is fine but then they don’t even fill them half way and complain and have attitude when you ask for them to be filled up since you’re paying for it. Management and employees need training in customer service or just new jobs. Go somewhere else.

This place is awful! Do not go here unless you have two hours to wait for subpar food. Biscuits and coffee are never ready in the morning like they are surprised they serve breakfast at their location. Go literally anywhere else.

Went during the middle of the night, when very few people were outside around town. For some reason they had the doors locked for the entirety of my duration here, despite still being open and taking orders, so customers had to be let in from the inside.
I ordered honey chicken biscuits, as their breakfast menu was the only option, but despite this, they did not have regular biscuits available, only jalapeño biscuits (a peculiar oversight failure given that breakfast rush was only a few hours away). I was not informed of this at any point while I was waiting for my order for about 25 minutes, nor after I received it. They didn’t note this on the kiosk machine and didn’t note the substitution on my receipt.
When I pointed this out to the manager, she proceeded to berate me, and proclaim that she told her staff so that “everybody could hear,” as if she had no obligation to inform the customer directly of this, when I was sitting in the lobby. She refused to listen to my interjections and said I could not have a refund because I ordered on the Kiosk (they were not taking orders at the cash register) and I was offered a free menu item as my only form of restitution.
All in all, terrible experience. I won’t be eating here again, and would not recommend going here, especially at night or if you have allergies in the event they make an unapproved substitution.
