Went during the middle of the night, when very few people were outside around town. For some reason they had the doors locked for the entirety of my duration here, despite still being open and taking orders, so customers had to be let in from the inside.
I ordered honey chicken biscuits, as their breakfast menu was the only option, but despite this, they did not have regular biscuits available, only jalapeño biscuits (a peculiar oversight failure given that breakfast rush was only a few hours away). I was not informed of this at any point while I was waiting for my order for about 25 minutes, nor after I received it. They didn’t note this on the kiosk machine and didn’t note the substitution on my receipt.
When I pointed this out to the manager, she proceeded to berate me, and proclaim that she told her staff so that “everybody could hear,” as if she had no obligation to inform the customer directly of this, when I was sitting in the lobby. She refused to listen to my interjections and said I could not have a refund because I ordered on the Kiosk (they were not taking orders at the cash register) and I was offered a free menu item as my only form of restitution.
All in all, terrible experience. I won’t be eating here again, and would not recommend going here, especially at night or if you have allergies in the event they make an unapproved substitution.

If you have had whataburger you have probably eaten similar if not the same food before(it's good), just make sure everything is in your bag before you leave since it isn't always a guarentee that you have everything, some days they get every little thing you ask and others you have 2 sides of fries and you only got 1 of them and the wrong size at that so just check otherwise they are a solid option for food.

This is the best Whataburger we have ever been to. The staff is friendly and takes great care when preparing the food. The food looks as great as it tastes.
This particular location has some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I waited over 20 minutes and nobody would assist me in recording my order. It also was an unnecessarily long wait for my small order of an apple pie (30 minutes). The staff's demeanor was overall disgusting and we all felt like a burden to them. Usually Whataburgers have some of the greatest customer service of any fast food chain but this one is the exception. I would recommend not stopping by this location; especially late night.

My son put in a 80.00 order tonight. It was short 2 drinks. To top that they served this along with soggy fries on all orders. What the hell. Close if you can't do better than that.
