I tried to give them a chance I’ve never had nor ordered wingstop before we placed an order for 20 wings there was nobody in the store when we went to pick up. Got home and opened up the bag just to see they had only gave us 10 of them. Called them to let them know they only offered to make them and for us to pick up needless to say it was a disappointment and inconvenience wouldn’t bother going back.

I didn't know if I've had service this slow or inefficient in a long time. I ordered 30 wings for the national championship. I totally get, busy wing kinda day. But I went 20 min after I ordered, as the website said, hoping things would be ready. Then I proceeded to wait over an hour for the wings. Things that happened while I waited. The phone kept ringing so I saw one employee pick up then hang up the phone immediately. They stopped taking walk in orders. They then turned on music and started blasting it. Now I'm not a boomer, like I will go to a concert, go in the front and hit the pit so when I say it was loud, it was blasting. Then to put a bow on it, they just left the phone off the line. I would have liked watching the first half of the game but I don't know if I've seen people behave like that at a restaurant before. It comes across as incompetence, confusion and poor management.

We ordered take out here and had to wait over an hour to get the food. They fill Door Dash and Uber Eats orders first, regardless if you placed your order before them. The staff is rude and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not waste your time.

Would not take my order over the phone because it is over $25 and online would not allow me to order. Family of 5 ordering out will never be under $25

This place makes you think about why the heck you stepped foot in the store to buy a chicken sandwich. The wait times were 25min+ for two chicken sandwiches. After opening the container for the sandwich, I found the bun to be cold and stiff, the pickles shriveled/sparse, and the chicken patty to be soggy & steeped in oil. I think I will just airfry a few pieces of store-bought frozen chicken tenders and make myself a better sandwich.

Hands down one of the worst places when it comes to service, never in my 26 years of living did I think I would have to wait ONE HOUR for fries

Came to leave my review & WOULD YOU LOOK AT ALL THE OTHERS. This place desperately needs new management to do something! Came to pick up my order & atleast 10 people got their order before, that came after me, they were talking, standing around, they even stated 25 minutes before i got my food “hurry up this girl has been waiting an hour” i then got my food 25 minutes after i stood up and said what is my order waiting for as order after order got ready, and they said “mam youre waiting on fries” then put the fries right in the bag. It 100% was on purpose. Super unprofessional, they need a new team, wont ever be back. Lady had an attitude when i asked about my food. Not a good place to eat.
Been ordering wings here on and off for a few months. It's always been quick, hot, and cooked correctly. Never had issues with the wrong order. Tonight was the first time I've had any issues. I waited almost an hour but they were packed and when I got my food it was perfect.

The females who work here are very unprofessional, very rude .There is always someone with an attitude, which i don’t understand why, when you work at a company you are supposed to represent them. People don’t want to buy food where there is no respectful employees, wouldn’t recommend this place. Hire people that actually want to work and treat customers with the utmost respect. What I experienced today was disgusting .

They were always perfect when they first opened but I have no idea what happened. The wings weren’t cooked fully, fries not done and they forgot half of my order.
