I placed an order while there and my order was messed up when I got home. I called and took it back. However when I got back I was quested about the mistake they made on my order. And the new order has nooooo juice or anything in it. It is very dry. See the pictures. I love eating here and eat here once a week but this is just crazy as they penny pinch you already but to then to short me on things I pay for is even worst. I love eating here but this is very disappointing in the pictures there is no juice to even cover the food.

Called in for a takeout order, once I got home, my food taste very distasteful, almost as if the shrimp was spoiled. Once I called back for a refund and they told me to come back to the store with the seafood boil and the receipt. Once I got there the āmanagerā tried to tell me I came 30 minutes after my call in and thatās the reason my food tasted spoiled, but I in fact came 14 minutes after. Then the āmanagerā said their were going to call somebody up there to taste the food because I was the only customer to say something was wrong with my order, but he was actually calling the police. From there the police instructed me to come back the next day for full refund and to talk to the boss, once I got there, I was met with again the same āmanagerā. It was explained again how Iām the only who had this problem. I further explained how every customer experience will not be the same and it isnāt right to not accommodate me, even after I returned the whole seafood boil. I was only given partial payment back and the āmanagerā tried to say that I threatened him once I stated I was going to leave a review.

I havenāt even left the store yet but let me tell you this food SMACK. Food came out quick and was hot and delicious better than red lobster YALL it took me ten minutes to buss down the entire bag of crab legs. 10/10 would recommend and Iām definitely coming back
