Me and Nana always go there my nana always gets a bubble waffle and I always get a Bubble Tea. The place is nice and clean and the employees are nice.

Good. Boba tea. And yummy bubble waffle only 2 employees the ambience was very quiet not a single person was in that store only me and the 2 employees and the service is so good. But pricy i got a mocha boba tea and a plain bubble waffle and the price is 9 dollars so kinda. Pricey but worth it so. Come and try the boba tea you won't say I did not say so

The rolled ice cream is delicious! I do wish that they had a creative menu of flavors such as S’mores, Key-lime Pie, instead of simple one ingredient flavors. You can get mixers added to your order to your liking. I had banana with Nutella added. It is pricey… $7.95

i LOVE this place!! best milk tea in town with good pricing. i suggest taro or peach milk tea with boba pearls. servers are very sweet and always helpful. :) the place has nice booths to sit in although i usually end up drinking my tea on the go. totally recommend this place!!! also their ice cream is good but i've only tried it once. overall recommend!!!

I have only tried Boba Tea once before and did not like but I tried the Cappuccino Boba at Yummy Villa and it was great, maybe a little too much Boba for my taste but it was great. My daughter's 2nd experience though she doesn't remember the first; she was not huge a fan of their strawberry but I think it is the milky tea. She will try another flavor next time. They also have great looking ice cream.

Service is always quick and friendly! The portions are quite large so it would be nice to have a bit smaller size, but other than that this place is great.
