dining room was supposed to be open at 11, been waiting 20 minutes in the heat bc i had to walk here and it’s still not open. extremely disappointing.

First they have a problem turning on their lights at night, not the first time, you can’t see the menu board, I ordered cheese bites and asked they had Marinara for them, No, I said ok can I get a ranch, yea for .25, I said no way, can I talk to the manager, I expressed my frustration with the light situation, was told they’re busy and don’t have time to turn on the lights, I asked about the ranch dressing at which point she was rude but said I can get one but the other girl is new, I said I don’t really care about excuses, I won’t be back here, she said that’s fine. Sad since I’m a regular.

Food is fantastic, drive through staff is always very excited to greet you with a huge frown and pissed off look from the moment the window opens. bravo🤙

Stopped at this location along the way to our destination and was shocked to learn that even with a valid military ID, you are denied a military discount unless you are in uniform. That is deeply disappointing. People who serve this country deserve respect and appreciation, not conditions attached to basic gratitude.

To make matters worse, every drink from the machine comes out watered down. If you want a refill, you have to wait for someone behind the counter to fill it for you at the other fountain. For a $50 meal for three, the quality and service here were unacceptable. Do better.

Food was good. Service was good. Store was mostly clean except for something super slippery on the floor near the drink machine. I tried to clean it up with napkins, but I couldn't get it all up. Workers watched me, but no one cleaned it up while we were there.

New employees are pretty nice and polite and mobile orders are ready faster

This Zaxby’s is usually on point, but this morning (10:40am) I received cold, over done, barely seasoned fries and barley warm chicken fingers. I was told the order would be ready in a few minutes. I assumed they had to cook it bc they had just open for business. HA! Someone clearly warmed up the leftovers.

The East university location has a young man working there with the best attitude! I hope he keeps it. So nice. So professional. Love it! Keep up the good work.
