Don’t get delivery from this location. They refused to give my dasher my order that I already paid for.
Yesterday evening I ordered the chicken finger plate. After finishing my food i became very ill. My stomach started to hurt badly and I was throwing up constantly. Due to me feeling ill I had to leave work early…. The stomach pain and the throwing went on all night. I don’t know if they gave me bad or raw food but I will not returning to this Zaxbys…

When I say all the food in this restaurant is old. Cooked hours ago before serving. I went there for the past 5 times just to give them a chance. Food is extremely cold. Manager and Cook Manager be looking high and disoriented. I’ve been staying in auburn for 10 years and this is the absolute worst establishment. If my food was cooked a hr ago under the light and I take it home it’s like a BRICK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR AN ANIMAL. I CANT WAIT UNTIL THEY CLOSE DOWN. THEN I SAID ILL CALL CORPORATE. THE MANGER SAY CALL THEM. THEY DONT OWN US!

My husband tried to get chicken fingers for my daughter at Zaxby’s on College Street tonight. He was shocked when the manager refused to toss the chicken fingers in Wimpy Sauce. She claimed that they could only put Wimpy Sauce on the side. That is shocking since we have ordered online and had chicken fingers tossed in Wimpy Sause. As a matter of fact, we have had chicken fingers tossed at the College Street location numerous times and this is the first time we were refused service in 11 years. My husband immediately went to Zaxby’s on East University Drive and it’s amazing that this location tosses chicken fingers in Wimpy Sauce. We will never go to this location again.

Picked up order drove twenty minutes home to find out order was wrong after sever checked order so I assumed it was correct.I won’t be back to this location!

The girl working the register didn’t even look up from her phone as I approached the counter. When I told her that I was picking up a mobile order, she picked it up and handed it to me with the wrong size drink while still looking down at her phone. She never spoke to me once. I was the only car at the drive through as I made my order which was a Zax snack. I pulled to the window and the girl opened the window immediately and I said can I make it a boneless wings and things and she said of course. Then she came back and said they said they already made it. It took me a few seconds to get to the window and for her to tell them it took maybe a minute. All they had to do was add the boneless wings to the plate. Then the manager comes and asks what the problem was and I said I didn’t know it was one and I just asked to add boneless wings to a plate. He tells me well our window time goes up when you change an order. I was the ONLY person in line period so window time is more important than what you ask for. They had my meal ready in 1 minute. The fries were full of grease and old looking which you could tell they had been sitting there and dipped back in the grease. Their food at this location is never fresh. Tigertown location is always fresh and their staff is amazing. I love Zaxby’s, but won’t return to this location
