Ice dispenser in the Coke machine was filthy with a mold and mildew looking substance where the ice comes out

I never do this but I simply have to write this review. We have never been so appalled by service at a fast food establishment. There are clearly upwards of 7 people working inside not counting the kitchen staff, they were all joking around and eating food and drinking while we sat and waited. They might as well have closed before we could even get our food. We stayed at the drive thru pickup window for easily 30 minutes. Will not be returning. If the manager ever sees this I hope they handle this accordingly. This was simply unacceptable.

Don’t get delivery from this location. They refused to give my dasher my order that I already paid for.

Yesterday evening I ordered the chicken finger plate. After finishing my food i became very ill. My stomach started to hurt badly and I was throwing up constantly. Due to me feeling ill I had to leave work early…. The stomach pain and the throwing went on all night. I don’t know if they gave me bad or raw food but I will not returning to this Zaxbys…

When I say all the food in this restaurant is old. Cooked hours ago before serving. I went there for the past 5 times just to give them a chance. Food is extremely cold. Manager and Cook Manager be looking high and disoriented. I’ve been staying in auburn for 10 years and this is the absolute worst establishment. If my food was cooked a hr ago under the light and I take it home it’s like a BRICK. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR AN ANIMAL. I CANT WAIT UNTIL THEY CLOSE DOWN. THEN I SAID ILL CALL CORPORATE. THE MANGER SAY CALL THEM. THEY DONT OWN US!

My husband tried to get chicken fingers for my daughter at Zaxby’s on College Street tonight. He was shocked when the manager refused to toss the chicken fingers in Wimpy Sauce. She claimed that they could only put Wimpy Sauce on the side. That is shocking since we have ordered online and had chicken fingers tossed in Wimpy Sause. As a matter of fact, we have had chicken fingers tossed at the College Street location numerous times and this is the first time we were refused service in 11 years. My husband immediately went to Zaxby’s on East University Drive and it’s amazing that this location tosses chicken fingers in Wimpy Sauce. We will never go to this location again.

Picked up order drove twenty minutes home to find out order was wrong after sever checked order so I assumed it was correct.I won’t be back to this location!
