It's nothing special. It's just a fad. Drinks are way too sweet. It's very loud. The employees are pushy with the chat. They are friendly to the customers, but it's very fake. They make their drinks with premade syrupy bases. if you want real coffee go somewhere else! The company set out to be hip and cool and they really aren't. They use the same flavor syrups as a lot of other shops, but use "scoops" instead of pumps. Their flavot is hit or miss. It's just a mess.
