I used to come here everyday before shift, and it used to be awesome coffee. I don’t know what was going on this particular day, but it will definitely be my last. I ordered my coffee and literally only got milk. No coffee at all. 8 dollars for a cup of milk, with no espresso or anything.

I ordered coffee on 9/01/25 and as I was drinking my coffee I found a string in it and just threw the coffee away that’s so disgusting I have no idea where the thing even came from or what it was really. I reached out to 7 brew the day after it happened and have not be contacted yet

I ordered a Sugar Free Sweet and Salty Latte. The reason I order it as a latte is because it is equivalent to a half sweet, Sweet and Salty. I order it at the Daphne location everytime I am there with no issue. This location made it, and it tastes and looks like straight up coffee creamer. I had to make a pot of coffee when I got home, and use the 7brew as a creamer.

Had an experience with this location reached out and was thinking everything was handled until I Stopped in today young lady tells me the laptop was messing up just for the other girl to say Your Banned from our bay Minette location 😒. Wow could've told me that in the email so embarrassing and waste of time and my gas. From atmore to bay Minette. I needed my coffee and shake 😌

Unfortunately, the iced coffee I received this morning had a very sour/bitter taste. I believe the expresso shots were burned as they had become rancid like old coffee.
I tried to call the store several times, but no one answered.
