Absolutely terrible customer service. I’ve dealt with two different lady cashiers multiple times each within the last month and not one time have I gotten a Hi how are you or a smile or a have a good day. The three most simple bare minimum acts of good customer service And they can’t even do those. Completely ruins the entire experience every time. Last time I will eat there.Just a mean mug the entire time I was ordering And Barely a word spoken at all. There was one time I dealt with a man cashier with a beard and he was completely the opposite and had Awesome customer service.

Its Ight...I went yesterday i stood at the intercom at the drive through for 3 minutes and then went around, and the girl told me the lady was in the bathroom....THAT RESTAURANTS IS A TIRE FIRE.

When I entered there was a woman standing outside the women's restroom and the door was not closed tightly. She said there was a friend inside and the door was messed up and wouldn't close. Since I was alone and didn't have anyone that could watch the door for me I went to the men's restroom.
The toilet needed to be flushed and the inside door handle look like it hasn't been cleaned in years. This looks like a place that Gordon Ramsey would get out his bacteria meter for. There was dirt all down the tile underneath the soap dispenser and the restroom just had a dirty feel to it. I've been in outside gas station restrooms that were cleaner than this.
I picked up my food and the staff acted like they could care less. No smiles or happy greetings here.
I ran into both Ladies as I walked out and I told them the men's restroom was pretty bad. She stated her husband had used the restroom and he said that if the women's restroom was anything like the men's restroom he felt sorry for them.
I would have included photos from the restroom, but I had placed a Mobile order and didn't take my phone in with me.
I don't think I'll stop at the Bay minette Arby's again.

The building was very unclean. Dirty tables in dining room. Dirty bathrooms. One stall in women's bathroom. One of our sandwiches was not what we ordered. One of our meals was not hot, but some were.

Stopped to grab a sandwich as we made our way on the road. The staff was courteous and made sure she had our order correct. Was pleasant, and made our visit efficient!
