We don’t usually give reviews and we don’t eat much fast food, but just had lunch at this Burger King before getting on interstate to go home. Everything was quite literally perfect. The sodas were not syrupy sweet and the fries were hot and very good. Our Whopper and Whopper Jr were probably the best we’ve ever had. Kudos to this location! Keep doing what you’re doing!
Forgot the bacon on my extremely messy and gross sandwich also my frozen drink was melted and the wrong flavor

I have eaten breakfast a few times there.the biscuits tast and rip apart as if they where put in a microwave. It's funny how the biscuits is golden brown and dose not crumble like a over baked biscuits. The service is nice. That's about all tho.

Waited an hour in drive-thru during lunch with only 3 cars ahead at 12 just for my food to be raw. I've worked fast food and it does not take that long to cook food. First car at the speaker took 30 minutes, second car took 20 until spoken to. If one car has a large order, you pull them up and let others go through.

Stopped there today and went through the drive thru. Got our food but they had left something out, so I had to go inside to get what was left out from my order. Waited a good 15 minutes to get one thing. While waiting, I noticed one of the workers not wearing a hair net while making other people’s orders (State Legal Requirement) and was quite rude to her coworker when asked to make an item that was missing from my order.

Numerous times I have come around 11: 00pm and they have been closed I even checked the last time I went and called and they said we will open until midnight I got there at 11:12 p.m. and was informed that they were closed when I told them I called earlier to check their hours to specifically make sure they would be open and was informed that they would be open midnight and it is only 11:12 p.m. I was told too bad we are closed. do eat here I have also had issues with the way they prepare the food I have asked for extra mayonnaise and literally had my burger with a half a jar of mayonnaise on it it is extremely unprofessional to just close early for no reason

Flies everywhere. Only one person working the whole store. Forgot to even unlock the doors. Locked them back as soon as someone left the dining area. No lids. My daughter went up to counter to ask for ketchup. The worker came up to the counter with a spatula in hand, responded they didn’t have packets but she could put it in a lid… she returned with ketchup in an ice cream lid… what in the crusty crab?! There is no ceiling… seriously… outlets are filthy… I immediately was angry we didn’t go to a Cracker Barrel…
I drive a semi. Went here to grab a burger at 2 in the afternoon. All the doors locked and was told I could only use drive up. Will not ever be eating here again. The King sucks in Bay Minette.

My mother recently went to the Burger King in BayMinette Al 36507 on McMeans Ave. the supervisor answered the speaker by saying what. This is very unprofessional! Then gave her her food and it was beyond BURNT! Her impossible whopper was charred beyond belief. It was not edible and should have NEVER been served. Then when she returned to bring the sandwich back, she went into the establishment and stood there and was never addressed or asked if she needed her order taken. The supervisor looked at her numerous times and continued working as she stood there for about 7-8 min and never being properly addressed. She finally told him about the brick sandwich and he didn’t offer as much as an apology and never spoke to her. He turned around walked off and continued working bagging food. Later he finally returned her funds after waiting about another 3-4 minutes gave her her money and walked away still not acknowledging her! The worst fast food EXPERIENCE EVER! We will NEVER eat at Burger King again. I feel you should know the type of of people you have working for you! If I could… I would give ZERO stars!
