Stopped here for lunch on our way to Gulf Shores from Birmingham. Food was good but the employees were not very friendly and took too long to get our food. We went in that time span between breakfast and lunch and the cashier acted like it was a hassle to turn the menu from breakfast to lunch. Being a retail manager I would have to change my staff. The employees at Hardees here in the Birmingham metro are much more friendly. We wish afterwards we had stopped somewhere else.

As always, Hardee's has great biscuits! The staff was friendly. The coffee is good. The location is convenient. It's at the intersection of Highway 31 and Gulf Shores Parkway. Hardee's has the best rating of the fast-food breakfast stops in Bay Minette, Alabama. I enjoyed the steak biscuit.

Their supposed to close at 2 and I've been by there a couple times and they were closed 20 to 30 mins early. A shame cause I much rather eat there than any of these other restaurants. Tighten up Hardee's yall are losing business.
