If I could give zero stars I would. My family was traveling through on a long road trip and we stopped for breakfast. I went into the lobby to order in order to see the menu better but was told no one works the front counter and I'd have to order in the drive through. I suggested they lock the lobby doors of they do not have anyone working the front counter to which the manager stated she had. I am not sure how I managed to enter the building with the doors locked. They refused to take my order or assist me in any way and we're extremely rude. I had reservations about stopping in Bayminette anyway but decided to goce it a try and this is the service I get. Or should I say didnt get any service at all. I would NOT waste your time or money.

closed at 1050 pm said they were out of food just was on her phone not even answering the window. i also saw the manager I'm assuming standing there so she's probably the problem the reason this place is so getto. my suggestion is go to Arbies down the road save yourself 30 minutes of lazy employees and probably food poisoning at McDonald's

Only experience here was a bad one. Decided to do drive-thru, and we sat at a stand still for at least 15-20 minutes. Not a car moved. We were stuck in parking lot, couldn't leave even though we wanted to. All in all spent 30-40 minutes here in line and trying to get out. A waste of time.

I don't have too much to complain about, but their Frappe machine is always down. I'm not sure if it's because it's actually broken or they just don't want to clean it. I just want my Frappe man.

The McDonalds in loxley is so much better than the one in bay minette. I’d definitely drive out of my way to get better service and fresher food
0 Customer service.. They just want you to use the kiosk.. Food is slopped together..The most ghetto McDonald's I've been too.. I go to mobile, Prichard, and 8mile Michigan this is the most ghetto I've seen with cussing talking smack from employees and young ignorant customers... The place smelled like weed and people were in there pretending to fight each other and making gun shoot motions ... Totally ridiculous!

We sat at the curbside pickup checked in for almost 30 minutes tonight. Finally we went thru the drive thru and they said they can't do curbside pickup after 9:00 pm. Would have appreciated a sign or something to let us know. Our food was ready, who knows how long it had been sitting there inside.

Waited 15 minutes in the drive-thru. Decided to go inside. Kiosk was down so, there was about 10 people waiting to order and 8-10 people waiting for food. There was also a third line of people waiting to get their orders corrected. I left and went to Burger King where I wan in and out in less than two minutes.
