Ordered food online. Got there to pickup and they didn't have pesto as stated online. When I got home with our food the pizza was partially sauced and cheese. There were pieces with absolutely nothing on it. The chicken on the pizza had a funny taste. I didn't enjoy it at all. The wings had a lot of fat on them also. Just not for me, however the employee at the window was excellent and apologized for not having the sauce for the top on the pizza.

Needs to close!! They ask you nicely to hold— keep you on the line for 15 minutes, your friend calls and they answer she explains u want to order — after I have been on hold for 15 minutes and then tell me to wait 25 minutes!! No ty keep your nastiness to yourself!!

Been sitting at the window for almost 20 minutes and they want even acknowledge I’m here the lady that came to the window finally gave me my order that was placed she walked away and did not give me my drinks and when I told him that they where missing she informed me I would have to call the store to get credit cause it was placed online !!!! Worst service ever and the people are rude

Thought I was ordering a pan pizza on app, but checking details 15 minutes before ride up to get at the appointed pickup time, noticed in order details that I was picking up a hand tossed. Immediately called to see if I could get order changed. I thought that it was probably too late and that it was in oven already. The person answering phone informed me pizza was out of oven and waiting for pickup already. I’ll accept some blame for not checking order details earlier, but not the fact that pizza sitting under heat lamp 15 minutes before scheduled pickup time! When I actually got the hand tossed home, wife and I noticed the hand tossed crust was dry, no flavor with the consistency almost of card board! Has the hut changed recipe?

Changing my view on this Hut.Came in around 3pm today and found Les working hard cleaning up.We were on the fence on what to get and Les was very polite and made suggestions based off what we were discussingHe went above and beyond in making sure that we were happy and well taken care of.Got 2 mediums, a personal, wings, sticks, and salad. Goodness they were so good!I would so suggestions coming in and giving them a try.

The buffet never has any variety. It is always just pepperoni pizza, a pizza with 1 meat, or a supreme. I just ordered carryout today and the breadsticks had no seasoning on them at ALL and we ordered the hot honey pizza and after we got to the window they said they stopped making that pizza and don't have any more of the hot honey that goes on it. The app should not allow you to order something that isn't being made any more. Every time I go to pizza hut it gets worse and worse. The prices are always increasing, the portions of the sauces and seasonings are always decreasing, and the quality keeps going down as well. I think I am done with pizza hut I will stick with dominos.
