I ordered online and was told that my order was ready and I arrived and they gave me my pizza and told me that it was going to take seven minutes for my chicken wings after seven minutes I came inside to find that they hasn’t even started cooking them so the rest of my food is ice cold waiting on the rest of my order this is ridiculous terrible customer service

We were on the fence on what to get and Les was very polite and made suggestions based off what we were discussing
He went above and beyond in making sure that we were happy and well taken care of.
Got 2 mediums, a personal, wings, sticks, and salad. Goodness they were so good!

We were so excited to be able to get the $2 personal pan pizzas today! Well... let me tell you! Do not waste your money! The pizza is not cooked in the usual pizza hut pan which makes the crust crispy. It is cooked in a throw away aluminum pan which does not crisp the crust and even causes the dough to be soft and gooey. Come on Pizza Hut, DO BETTER! If you're going to offer the personal pan pizza then it needs to be the original Pizza Hut personal pan pizza. We were very disappointed! Thank you and have a wonderful day!

This is the third time I have placed a delivery order for Pan Crust Pizza only to be called and told they are out of Pan Crust. Why even offer it on the menu if you are always out of it? This last order I placed they told me they were out of all crust except for Thin and Crispy. The order also took an hour and a half to be delivered. Because The pizza was Thin and Crispy it wasn't made with the extra cheese and toppings I ordered either. Very disappointed in the job performance at the Bay Minette location.

That last 3/4 orders I’ve placed here haven’t been the best experience. If I order on the app my order just is never prepared when I pick it up (twice in a row that’s happened) When I call a place an order and go to pick it up I’m told what I ordered they were out of so they made something similar, AFTER they check me out on top of that they give me the wrong salad. This place never fails to just mess something up. I will definitely not be ordering from or eating here for the foreseeable future.
Arrive after showing my order was ready, waited at the window inside was a ghost town, no employees insight except for the one outside smoking. Finally acknowledged!! Waited again another 5 minutes while three other vehicles were stacking behind me. Was told the order wasn’t ready had to drive around. Waiting another twenty minutes get back to window and waited again for my order to be ready When order was brought to me it was incomplete. Waited atgain…20 minutes for the rest of order. If I had known my order was t ready I wouldn’t have arrived just to get frustrated. Poor customer service

Very good in service, and I love the bread sticks! The Pizza isn’t bad, wings are decent, and drinks are fresh. Good for family dining, but the pizza isn’t QUITE as good as Dominoes. Love the old logo on the sign a lot though.

Ordered delivery on the Pizza Hut app. Somehow it was delivered by DoorDash. Driver was definitely on something. A piece of my dessert was missing it looked like. I didn’t even get the 3 different ranch that my pizza was supposed to come with. I will never order from here again. But the pizza was dry anyways. This is why I cook at home. But I wanted to order out tonight. Never again.

Came in for the Buffett, only 2 half pizzas were out, not what it used to be. You’re paying double the price for lower the standard. Pizza hut has fallen off very hard
