Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

Ordered 3 spicy sandwiches, one with extra pickle and two with extra sauce. The place wasn’t busy to we figured everything would be fresh. We parked after receiving our food. None of the sandwiches were labeled and upon opening all three sandwiches to identify which was which, they were all made the same and extremely sloppy. The buns were crushed, pickles at the bottom of the “bag” and the chicken wasn’t even half way on the bread. The photo attached to this was the only one without crushed bread but still I had to open to put the pickles back on it after and it was all just tossed sloppily in the sandwich bag. As someone who stopped for a bite while traveling, it was definitely not something you can eat on the road due to their presentation or application. Not to mention we shouldn’t have to assemble fast food.. won’t be returning this store much less recommending it.

I would give ZERO stars but that wasn't an option, these people are sooo slow, we waited in drivethru for about 25 minutes the so-called manager comes on and said they're in the middle of shift change like I'm at the ER. IT JUST REDICULAS! Bay minette got to do better on all levels and not just with the timing!

Fast, hot and tasty. The whole team there got it going.
I yelled thank you to them as I left.

I ordered the classic chicken sandwich, just the sandwich from here earlier this afternoon. I couldn't even bite through it because it wasn't done! This could have made me very sick! I won't stop here the next time I'm passing through. If I hadn't made it onto the interstate, I'd turned around to take it back.

Absolute trash. Every time I come here it’s the same outcome. I ordered spicy tenders and of course got REGULAR, tiny tenders with basically just batter and barely any chicken. One of my pieces was brown and smelled rotten when I pulled it in half! DO BETTER! $30 wasted

Just ordered a 3 piece chicken tender meal. After getting home I now have. 3 piece chicken dinner. 4th time they have gotten more order wrong. Come on people do better

Fried Chicken, delicous, Dippers, delicious, everything was spectacular. The Worker made us fresh food and was asking us if it was good. He was dancing and singing to the music, respect.

I received the biggest piece of chicken and a leg. it was sooo good. there was enough gravy on the tators. The person in the window gave me honey packets. Every time, this is the best Popeyes. Theyre all really nice. Im having a good afternoon now!

The manager/owner/floor leader (whoever it was) was so polite!!! Greeted us when we came in, checked on us, and when we were leaving! - never had that experience at a fast food restaurant. He deserves a raise!

The young man who waited on me was very polite. I spent $40 on chicken tenders got home. There’s nothing inside of the crust it’s fried so hard. You can’t eat any of it save your money and go somewhere else not Popeyes in Bay Minette This is the second time it’s happened. It’s a bit ridiculous.

This is the dirtiest and most rude Popeyes ever! You don't even get acknowledged when you walk in and the place is a disaster. I asked if they had any meal speac I also and he answered no, they wanted $37.99 plus tax for a 12 piece chicken.
I had just come from my sisters in Louiiana a few days before and they had a special for $20.99 and on the app it had ot for $25.99, so I asked him can I get ot from the app and he said no they don't have the same prices as the app. I told him that they were crazy and I walked out. I would never pay that foe a 12 piece chicken!! We can go to a walk in and have a meal for that price! I will never go back.

Manager is the best. Best popeyes around.
