Fried Chicken, delicous, Dippers, delicious, everything was spectacular. The Worker made us fresh food and was asking us if it was good. He was dancing and singing to the music, respect.

I received the biggest piece of chicken and a leg. it was sooo good. there was enough gravy on the tators. The person in the window gave me honey packets. Every time, this is the best Popeyes. Theyre all really nice. Im having a good afternoon now!

The manager/owner/floor leader (whoever it was) was so polite!!! Greeted us when we came in, checked on us, and when we were leaving! - never had that experience at a fast food restaurant. He deserves a raise!

The young man who waited on me was very polite. I spent $40 on chicken tenders got home. There’s nothing inside of the crust it’s fried so hard. You can’t eat any of it save your money and go somewhere else not Popeyes in Bay Minette This is the second time it’s happened. It’s a bit ridiculous.

This is the dirtiest and most rude Popeyes ever! You don't even get acknowledged when you walk in and the place is a disaster. I asked if they had any meal speac I also and he answered no, they wanted $37.99 plus tax for a 12 piece chicken.
I had just come from my sisters in Louiiana a few days before and they had a special for $20.99 and on the app it had ot for $25.99, so I asked him can I get ot from the app and he said no they don't have the same prices as the app. I told him that they were crazy and I walked out. I would never pay that foe a 12 piece chicken!! We can go to a walk in and have a meal for that price! I will never go back.

Manager is the best. Best popeyes around.

We went to Popeyes in Bay Minette tonight. We walked into the lobby and waited to be served for about 10 mins before someone spoke to us but was told that the lobby closes at 9:00 PM and that we wouldn’t be served. The sign on the lobby door says that they close at 10:00 PM as well as the store hours on Google. I was able to use the restroom while there and the bathroom was absolutely filthy. The paper towel dispenser didn’t work and just had a roll of towels sitting on top of it. The Lobby was equally as dirty. Anyway needless to say we won’t be back.

So... I'm going to be a little bit more lenient than most because, well, we all have areas of improvement.
The food was delicious. It was Popeye's quality. The wait time was frustrating. But the associates warned us of the extended wait time for nuggets/boneless wings. And the associate who brought us our food couldn't be kinder. I think the only stickler point I would give would be that we were told it would be a 10 minute wait and it ended up being 30. And I was waiting with a 1 year old and sick 3 year old. 🤦‍♀️

The one he work in the drive-through night the worst employee I never see he make me wait for 30 minutes and then he told me he out of gallon sweet tea. I know he have it but because I wait too much and I start asking him. You just tell me you have it or not because I wanna leave and he told me right away. I don’t have it. He’s very bad person and rude and he don’t wanna work. I don’t know Popeyes, how you hire this kind of people. today is Tuesday January 4 Drive-thru Night Shift

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a 5 piece tenders meal, when asked what side I said fries twice, got 5 dried up pieces of chicken, no side, and the bottle of water I asked for. All but 2 of the 5 pieces had no chicken in them, they were a ball of breading deep fried. The photo is a picture of the thickest piece of chicken in my “box”.

Called and management told me I didn’t answer him when he asked if I wanted a side, I answered twice. Then excused their balls of breading by saying that they only guarantee their freshness for half hour.

It’s not the freshness I have a problem with. It’s the fact that I didn’t get what I ordered and the actual chicken inside the breading was literally non existent with all but 2 pieces.

Definitely won’t go back here.

I will not go back to this place ever again. I waited an hour for my food to be handed to me. On top of that I ordered non spicy boneless wings and they gave me spicy wings instead. The lady that is supposed to be the manager was rude. Unless you want to wait forever for some fast food I would not recommend going to this place.
