Ed and his staff did an amazing job for us this week. I called him the day before I needed a driver appreciation luncheon catered and he went over and beyond my expectations! The food was amazing the delivery was on time and hot! Huge hit, can’t wait to use him again for our next one! Thank you Ed!

The owner and employees are so welcoming the food is awesome!! Definitely recommend the sampler platter 😁 Great atmosphere!

Another great Friday at Shotgun BBQ. Fantastic food. Ed can cook a steak that melts in your mouth like butter. The BBQ is perfectly smoked, paired with Shotgun BBQs own sauce is the bomb. Truly a Family atmosphere. We love them, the food, and the atmosphere. Ya'll come

Don't sleep on the Best BBQ in Alabama!! Make the trip to Minette and experience what competitive smoked meats is supposed to taste like! The staff are family you havent met yet and dont get me started on those sides 😋🔥

I cannot recommend them enough. They catered our wedding and I was so impressed one of the employees held a guests baby so she could get a plate of food uninterrupted. Phenomenal service. and I will dream of that mac and cheese and chicken for the rest of my life 🤤

We eat here at least once a week and are never disappointed!!!! Not only amazing food but we truly love the attitude and respect from the owners and staff!! Ed & Angela are the best!! Highly recommend Shotgun!!

They are open Sunday @ 11am. The food came to the table fast and hot. We had the grilled chicken and the pork ribs. They were cooked to perfection 👌. The mac and cheese was smoked, absolutely delicious. The baked beans had peaches in them, oh my goodness it was outstanding. The staff was friendly. The owner can out to meet us and was super nice.

10/10 Recommend, great food and staff, super friendly and laid back, will be back!! I cleaned my plate!

Shotgun BBQ and Grill has outdone my expectations every single time. He and his wife work hard to bring something to our community that is different from what we already have. They are family and community oriented. The food is great but the service alone sales. I could drink the BBQ sauce!

The best and cheapest Tomahawk steak Ive ever had.. best atmosphere!! Felt like we were at a family BBQ!! Treated us and anyone that walked in the door like family

I happen to be in the area for work and found this hidden gem down by the river. The food is always great, the service is amazing, and the owners and staff are always welcoming. If you happen to be around the area, I would definitely recommend stopping to get some great bbq.
