Getting a quick bite to eat is not, we used the app several times to get our order done ahead of getting there to eat in (about .25-.30 out) and every single time we had to wait until after we arrived and asked for them to start making our order, we even noticed many people getting there and order after we arrived and get their food before us, looks like the app is not very functional if you're in a time constraint, best thing to do is order at the drive through, get your food and come inside to eat.

Food is taco bell, but they do a good job. Staff is awesome, friendly, helpful. Unusual for a fast food restaurant. We will probably stop here again. Best taco bell we have been to.

I don’t eat tacos or anything but I LOVE their cheese fiesta potatoes. the staff is great, they always know my order 2 sides with nothing on top. in a big container they are always so nice to me. super fast. so kind. way better than the mcd in bay minette #lovetacobell

I ordered through doordash the order was correct on paper but what I received completely wrong I paid for extra toppings on my five layer burrito and I didn't get it I got the wrong tacos with it didn't get what I ordered or the extra that I ordered on top of that the nachos that I ordered were awesome I don't think they were correct but I was hungry I ate most of it other than the two tacos that were completely wrong

We went at lunch time to the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of us and after a 15 minute wait I backed up and parked went inside and still waited another 10 minutes or so. Finally got my food and the cantina tacos I ordered were literally all over the bottom of the bag!! Barely any filling in the shell itself, wasn't wrapped AT ALL! Won't be going back here anymore. But I will have to say the guy at the window was extremely nice and polite.

I went in the store because there was a long line at the drive through. I placed my order and paid for it at the kiosk. The employee acknowledged my order and handed me my cup. I literally sat there and watch 5 cars that were sitting at the drive through, pull up to the speaker box, place their order, drive up to the window, and get their order and drive off. All of their orders were placed well after I have already paid for mine. I made mention about them serving the drive through even though I had paid and been waiting, Only after the sixth car went on through did they decide to fill my order. They just don't care. I thought it might have been just a fluke so after a period of a couple of weeks I went back (today)..........same thing still happening. Not going to bother going back EVER.

One of the best Taco Bell experiences we've had. Full portions and fast services. The front desk workers were really nice as well. The reason for 4 stars is because they have 2 HUGE single bathrooms and NO changing pad. There is enough room for probably 3 changing pads per bathroom but since they don't it doesn't feel as inclusive for families and drops the ball. It's 2024 please install changing stations in the bathrooms..
