Ordered hamburgers and fries. The burgers were ok,did not contain very much bacon like the picture on the menu shows. The fries were hot and had a decent taste. Service was friendly and pretty fast. Price was about average with everybody else.

I placed a mobile order to be picked up in the drive thru. Waited at the speaker and listened to an entire song without any acknowledgement. Lights weren't on the menu yet so I thought they might be closed. Drove around to the window, it was open and the lady with the headset had her back to me. Another worker acknowledged me, told her I had a mobile order. They asked for my name but didn't review my order. hen she was handling me the bags I repeated my order, 4 potatoes, 2 chili's and a burger. She said she was waiting for my chili's. I asked if the fixins (butter, sour cream, crackers) were in the bag? She told me they were. I get home and didn't have any of it. Dollar General was closer 😡

Without them asking if you'd like to upsize, they just do it to your order and charge you more. ALL combo meals come with MED fires and MED drink. You will get a large drink and be charged .75 more for the upsize. I asked the indoor cashier why she did this and she told me that her manager told her to do it to all orders!! I guess you have to ask NOT to be upsized at this place. Bad business practice. Not the first time this has happened to me here but ill definitely be the LAST.

I just want to say that I am not a person to write negative reviews, however this place deserves it. My wife, 4 year old and I were completely ignored when we walked to the counter to order. I mean the staff went out of their way to not help us. It was actually shocking to us to have that experience. We frequent our local Wendy’s weekly and have great service. We were not hostile or boisterous when we left but it was clear that we were not welcome.

Just walked back to the car, had an amazing experience! We first went to visit the McDonald's down the road, but their ice cream machines were broken, of course. When then went here, and they had working ice cream machines. They gave us some time to decide on what we wanted to order, then when it came time to order, they let us have custom orders. After this, we let the employees know it was my brother's birthday, and they sang for us and gave him a free cookie. Last but not least, they took a picture for us. This was an awesome experience! Huge thanks to the staff.

I shell out tons of money every year to fly out from the west coast all the way to Bay Minette’s Wendy’s. Their spicy chicken sandwiches are heaven on earth. Pensacola Mobile don’t hold a candle to down home Bay Minette God Bless the staff and the high standards at this store

It took ten minutes for someone to come on to the speaker to take order. The order was two combos, no edits. We were immediately asked to pull up to wait by the door. It took another 30 minutes before receiving the food. 40 minutes for two combos? The atmosphere was incredibly rude which threw me off

After being ignored at the drive through for 32 minutes yes I have started keeping track of the time, I drove around to the window and had to knock repeatedly before the woman at the counter turned and acknowledged me (there were no customers inside) then still took her sweet time about giving me my order.

I have never seen employees at a fast food restaurant have such a great attitude and huge smiles!!! The manager came out to speak to us and I had noticed he had spoken to his entire team as well. This was such a positive experience for a change . Great food too btw!!!! Cooked with care!!
