The employees made everyone in there feel like an inconvenience. Multiple drive through otders were incomplete or not right at all. Also kept a mobile order waiting for 45 min while I was there.

No meat in chilli. No tortillas or guac in Taco Salad. Barely any sauce on "Saucy Nuggs". Nice people, but food was a complete flop.

The drive in couldn’t hear me because of so much noise inside from other employees. He asked them to hold it down. Instead of taking my order, he took 3 more orders from the other lane. Then I had to sit in line so I could leave without any food. I’ll NEVER go back!!!’

Every time we visit there was an issue with the food being cold or incorrect. I've been to many Wendy's locations but this is the worst one I've been too.

I'm so done with this location. God forbid anyone here wanting to work the drive through, or work at all. This is the third time I've sat in the drive through waiting to place my order, and had to drive away because no one answered it, meanwhile several other cars pull in and do the exact same thing. If you want your time wasted, or your order messed up several times over if you do get your food, then this is the place to go.

Female server that took my order and gave me my food was incredibly rude. I tried my best to be polite but i assume she was upset about something else and took it out on me. I am shocked that this harsh treatment went un noticed by other employees.

Worst Wendy's burger ever. Extra well done dry, cold burger with condiments left off. Obviously old cold fries. Been eating Wendy's since 1980's.

I just wanted to commend a gentleman working this evenings drive thru. They were out of chocolate frosty’s but he offered multiple times to substitute it for something else. I am a loyal chocolate frosty fan, so I declined on the offers, but I was touched by how considerate he was. A caring spirit is hard to find these days in the food and beverage world. I wish I had his name. I just want him to know his kindness wasn’t taken for granted. Thanks for caring sir! ❤️

No one working counter. Told me that I had to go through drive through. It was supper time 4 pm. Seven workers behind counter. No one working counter. Ask for mgr. Was told she had left for a few minutes. This store needs help. Happered Oct 1 2024

Rude cashier. If you don't want a paycheck don't work. Rudeness will get you nothing.
An abomination to the fast food industry and the Wendy’s brand. The worker started by asking me “What you want?” Ordered my food, after what appeared to be an endless wait, I asked for a refund. Eventually, I had to demand a refund by a manager who never said a word but whose body language and demeanor suggested she’d rather be somewhere else.
Third time in 2 years I’ve tried this Wendy’s and never had a good experience. The site would be better used to create a community garden and send these unhappy, unprofessional workers on to other jobs.

I asked for 2 dave's double 1 medium fry and 2 chocolate frosty I got 2 daves singles meals she got the frosty right....very disappointed in customer service. Need to pay better attention to customers orders.....and get it right!!!
Decided to give them yet another shot after so many disappointments from them in the past. Another fail! We did a pick up order for the drive thru. Had to be around 3 when we got there. There were only 2 cars there, one in each lane. Those cars had to have waited more than 5 minutes because we was behind the first car for at least 5 minutes waiting to get to the speaker. When we finally got to the speaker we were told to hold on. We could hear the female speaker telling a worker she needed two 10 piece nuggets. We listened to her talking for at least 5 more minutes. She then skips our speaker and goes to lane 2 speaker when we had been waiting longer than them. She took 2 more orders and never returned to our speaker for our order. We had to just pull around to the window and tell them we had a mobile order. Gave the name and come to find out our order had just been sitting at the counter for pick up. We said no it was mobile not a counter pick up. We were literally looking at the phone where the instructions said to pull around to the drive thru. Our food had to be just sitting there for 15 minutes or more because that seems to be about how long we were waiting in the drive thru line. Luckily for us at least the burgers were still hot because of the foil wrapper. The fries were cold and disgusting by then. This will definitely be our last time ordering from there! I liked Wendy's better when their color was yellow. It's been a fail for us every since they became red and changed their fries. Customer service always sucks but at least the burger was hot. The burger is why I even gave 2 stars.
