A mom and pop feel in the heart of the town. If we're in town and need lunch, this is our go-to. Pretty extensive menu with exceptional prices. We chose the smothered chicken, and large bacon cheeseburger, fries, fried green tomatoes and fried squash. Pretty sure there are healthier options also. Thank you for another great meal!
About 15 minutes before close i called in hoping the posted hours were wrong (they are correct) but i was informed they'd be more than happy to fix me a to go order. When picking up the order the staff was friendly and courteous and the food was delicious. Can't wait to make another delivery to chemstream in Barry Al. So i can eat here again and try that delicious looking salad bar.
We were out riding our motorcycles. Stopped in for a late lunch. I got grilled fish and sweet potatoe fries and a salad. Everything was very good. Waitress was a sweetheart, very polite and made sure we were happy. The price was lower than I anticipated which is always good. As we were leaving I saw one of the waitresses helping an elderly woman out to her car with her go order. How sweet
