I'm giving 5 stars for the waitress whose name I don't but he was african american, chubby, excellent customer service attitude. Also the food was delicious, I ate 3 or 4 times in the past 15 days

My wife and I are going to different restaurants on Saturdays looking for the best hamburger in Birmingham area. The bacon cheeseburger we got for lunch today was absolutely delicious. The burger actually matched the picture in menu. Cooked to perfection. It was very thick,cooked all the way thru and was still very juicy!! Waitress was excellent as well as manager and cook/chef who has been there 15 years we were told. Looking for a great burger and great service go to Applebee's in Bessemer Alabama!!!.

The waitress tried to steal my card. She took card swiped it and claimed to have lost it. I waited over 30 mins for them to finally find my card after finally threatening that BPD was on the way. The managers nor waitress apologized for the inconvenience. I've written corporate as well.

Applebee's having a drive thru for pickup orders was new to me, but I liked it. The boneless bbq wings were awesome. The chicken in my pasta was not seasoned but overall the meal was decent. All of the seasoning was in the broccoli which was salty by itself but combining all parts together balanced out

Got the all you can eat special. Super small portions. Took forever for the food to come out. When it did it was cold. Gave it another chance. Won't be back. Also tables and glasses were not clean.

Sat at the bar and ordered food and a beer. The food came out quick and tasted good but the service was very slow and it felt like I was an inconvenience to them to be there.
I’m in town on business staying at the hotel next door. Stop in after a long day. Ordered SOUP only….40 minutes later 2 drinks and still no soup. Other patrons ordered after me and received their order. I asked about my order and was told “i’m sorry about the wait, should be out shortly”. Then I saw her ask the manager to go check on the soup “it’s been 40 minutes”….. 10 minutes later…. still no soup… I kindly asked the other bartender to cash me out, and take the soup off my order… i didn’t receive it and i’ve been waiting over 45 minutes…. no apology no nothing… won’t be back…. too bad i’m in town for 10 days and probably would of patronized your restaurant.
