I've not eaten at Arby's in months. The app today finally had a special I loved. I ordered and ate inside. The store was clean, associates were professional and kind. The music playing is what I like and the food was prepared well and tasted great! Thank you for a great dining experience!
Rudest people including Manager I have ever encountered at an Arbys location! Wanted to argue about everything and then would not take my order. They really must not want any customers! Ended up going to the one of of Hwy 150 in Hoover, AL and they were very nice. Great food and service there.

The lady at the drive-through was very rude and she didn’t place our order right. When we pulled up to the window she kept saying what the total was didn’t try to change it just had a smart look on her face. Totally disrespectful the worst drive-thru experience I have had today if fact ever to be honest. I don’t recommend going to this restaurant due to poor customer service.
