It needs no barbecue sauce. None whatsoever it’s Moist and delicious if you’re lucky enough to get any brisket, that’s all you’re ever gonna wanna eat. You’ll never wanna eat anybody else’s brisket. It’s just not the same and again it doesn’t need any sauce on it? It’s so tender you don’t even have to cut it with a fork. I highly recommend this vendor for any party food catering or just feeding your family.
