The service is horrible! The employees are so rude and can never seem to get an order right. Even if you nicely tell them to please correct it, they will make it wrong again. All that was left for me to do, was to ask for a refund.
Kid-friendliness: Was not kid-friendly. Employee started saying bad words in front of my children because my order was wrong. She got the order wrong twice.

Went to this location for the first time yesterday. It's bessemer, so I didn't expect much, but the staff were even more ghetto than I expected. Ordered a breakfast burrito and large drink, and I had to repeat the order to the worker, whom I could barely understand, three times. Waited forever at the window before being given my food because they were inside acting like it was Saturday night at the club. Wasn't given a straw or any sauces I asked for. Got down the road and reached for my burrito when I felt something weird in the bag. One of them had tossed a disposable vape into my bag. Disgusting. Tried calling several times, but they do not answer. Will not be going back.

I stopped there and ordered a whopper Jr and substituted onion rings with ketchup. I pulled over in there parking lot to eat and didn’t have ketchup. I went back through the drive through and Elouise said the tasty sauce is what they give to customers’ who order onion rings. A man came to the window who I assume was the manager and I said that him I do Google reviews and why would you give a customer something they didn’t ask for and not give them what they did? I also asked for a few more packets of ketchup and told him it was for my sandwich as well. I tried to fetch my receipt today and realized they didn’t give me one. I’m going to call the number on the drive through ticket and complain. I don’t understand why people don’t think people don’t want their receipts. Not pleased.

I tried to call the store several times and couldn’t get an answer. I want a manger to call me back and explain to me why someone just gave my grandmother a sandwich with mushrooms on it when she specifically asked to get the sandwich without mushrooms because she was allergic. I just want to know if it was a honest mistake or you just gave her whatever was ready to get her out your window. The few times I have come by this location the customer service is horrible then you rush me out the line just for my food to not be right !!!

They take forever and they purposely hold you at the first windows to not trigger the timer on the second windows or to make the line look longer. just the worse service out of all the fast food place I ever been to.

This the worst burger King ever! I got a whopper meal and they pulled me up to wait on my food and I just knew since they had me pull up and wait 20 minutes at that i said yes my food gone be hot. I didn't mind waiting at all cause I know you wait when you want fresh food. They brought my food out fries brown as hell like they were cooked in old grease then on top of that they were cold. I ended up going to Macdonald's and getting a fresh order of fries for just a dollar cause I used their app. Macdonald's fries were so fresh hot and good. I should of went there and got my whole meal. I spent almost 13 dollars on one meal and it was cold. I will never go back to burger King again off of Academy drive. They don't care about customer service and will serve you anything!!! Garbage Ass Food!!

They treat you badly, and they give you bad orders
This is the worst Burger King I've ever been to. Service is straight trash, rude employees, manager walk around on the phone, cashier could care less. The few times I did try to go they were only accepting mobile orders after 8 p.m. This last time it just hit 10. It might have been 2 cars ahead.after i order 6 minutes go by they get there order. I pull up the cashier tell me my total I pay then wait and watch as they made 2 different orders from cars behind me. After 20 minutes gave me my bag no here you go do you need ketchup or none. CLOSE THIS Burger King down before somebody get hurt.

Normally I don’t write reviews, especially for fast food but my wife, kids, and I drove through this location last night (8-17-24) at around 9:30-10 and we received some of the best customer service we’d had from a fast food restaurant. We just left the airport and was heading home, the trip was long, and we explained that to the lady in the drive through. She made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. I hate that I didn’t catch her name but she deserves recognition for the service she provided, along with the other employees

Stopped here on a drive between Louisiana and Tennessee. Used the restroom which was quite dirty and in need of a serious scrubbing. We decided to eat here anyway, but we're told they were closing and would not serve us. It was 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Over heard staff complaining, but didn't know why. Franchise owners get your act together, terribly run location. ?
