Not good at all. My total was $18.00. Went thru the drive thru and still had to wait 10 more mins. Food was horrible; nothing was fresh. I know Xmas is 2 days away but you all can do better than that

Burger King off Exit 1 is an absolute disaster. Waited 8 minutes just to even order, got put on “hold” three different times like my time meant nothing. Finally paid, then sat another 13+ minutes while an employee stood around on her cell phone talking loud about her baby daddy instead of doing her job. At 17 minutes they tell me to pull forward. All that for a basic Whopper meal. This place is unprofessional, poorly run, and a complete joke. Save yourself the frustration and go literally anywhere else.

They make you wait away from the drive up window until your food is done. Then wave you up, when your order is ready. They must be trying to manipulate their wait times at the window. The actual vet mad if you drive up to the window after placing your order. This has happened twice and I will it be going back.

They didn't have my food and noone contacted me ahead of time to say what they didn't have the online service doesn't know what the building has or doesn't have and then they can't refund you the money in store you have to go online and wait days at a time for a response to any problem it was just a complete drag

So they turned us away at the drive thru saying they had to do all the door dash delivery and the mobile app orders that we couldn't order food. Sent us away. I have never in my life been turned away from purchasing food thru a drive thru. This is definitely not the way to keep business 🙄 Won't go back to a burger king
