as a customer it's is extremely hot in the dining area to enjoy eating, waiting for food and can't keep beverages that need to be a certain temperature out there and its hot for the employees we can't work like this air is not working period been like this for 3 weeks it'snot cooling like it should been working properly and 4days ago completely went out almost 90 degrees in here it's not fair to expect us to work properly and be proficient in our jobs

Food was overcooked, the sweet tea was sour, no cocktail or tartar sauce was offered with our meal, we had to ask for it and the workers acted like they didn’t want to be bothered. Captain D’s use to be one our favorite places to eat but this one gives them a bad name. Won’t be back.

I ordered through the app, and my food was ready upon arrival. The downside was the app didn't state that I need to come in the inside to pickup. Overall, I will be baxk for more of my favorite seafood.
