Issue caused us to get meal late. Manager compensated us with card for a free sandwich which was nice. But then brought me the wrong sandwich. The bread was falling apart and the chick fil a sauce had an odd texture like it was old or something. There seemed to be a lot of confusion going on at this location. Not your typical chick fil an experience for sure.

So tired of this place on Saturday mornings. We get there before 7 when it’s not even busy. I was given a nugget bowl that was not even filled half way up, with no cheese, and only 5 hash browns in the bottom. Could fill up a toddler and that’s about it.

My third bad experience at Chick fil a McCalla. Went there and ordered a gallon of sweet tea. I had to wait because they could not find the tops. I get home and got a gallon of unsweetened tea. Since today is a holiday the website said they closed at 4. Now I am stuck with a gallon of unsweetened tea. Guess I’ll be going back there tomorrow morning with this unsweetened tea.

Long drive thru line. The associate maintained her friendliness and smile as the person in front of us had tons of questions. The line moved quickly. My only disappointment was how 2 of the 5 chicken nuggets were almost non-existent.

This restaurant has really declined since it opened..The food is usually old and cold, and the employees attitudes are AWFUL!!! This restaurant needs to be straighted out by the owner
Had a mobile order. After waiting at the window for 5 minutes, was told to pull down to the curb, and waited for another 10 minutes while several cars behind me got their food. I finally got out and walked up to the window and asked how much longer, and was told it should be out shortly. Before I could make it back to the car, a young lady was coming behind me with the food. She didn’t apologize for the wait. Entire experience was out of the norm for Chick-fil-A. Especially this location because I’ve been eating here since they opened, and had this type of experience. And yes, I waited all of that time for cold food. So, that tells me my food was sitting there while waited all of that time. Unacceptable.

Just not as good as usual. No welcome when coming in. No smiles. Food was good. But service was lacking. Stood at counter with cup in hand about 5 minutes waiting for refill. One young lady was taking a rather long order but 4 other employees just wandered back and forth, clearly saw me but ignored me. 11:30 am today. If that's how this location is now I'll certainly go a few extra minutes to another from now on.

The attitude is getting worse instead of better. I door dash and I get treated like I stole the food. Today they gave away the customers food and had no clue and wouldn't admit that it happened.
