How many times can you “remodel” without actually changing the one thing that desperately needs fixing? This location has been closed for renovations like five times in the past two years, and every single time I’m hoping “Okay, maybe they finally made the dining area bigger.” BUT NO. Y’all just add a new trash can, a fresh coat of beige paint, and maybe upgrade the lemonade machine. WHO CARES??
Let me be real: this place is so cramped I felt like I was dining in a broom closet. I’m 6 feet tall, 140 pounds, and I was practically playing footsie with the people behind me. The backs of chairs literally knock into each other across tables. I couldn’t imagine being plus-size in this space—like how are y’all gonna call yourselves a family-friendly restaurant when you’ve only got enough elbow room for a toddler?
You have lines wrapped around the building every day, you’re pulling in cash like a Vegas casino, and yet you still have 20 tables crammed into a matchbox? Y’all need to TEAR IT DOWN and build a two-story Chick-fil-A like you have some damn sense. Take that remodel budget and do something useful. I don’t want to hear people breathing behind my neck while I’m trying to eat a spicy deluxe.
America, we need to do better. Chick-fil-A, do better. Until then, I’m taking my nuggets to literally anywhere with legroom. Let me add the service and the food was great but the atmosphere, parking, and the size of the restaurant is absolutely horrible.
