My server Brian was the best waiters I’ve ever seen at a restaurant. He was very persistent & attentive to us as guests. He went above & beyond that shows that the restaurant must have great management & leadership. Everything was perfect, from food to service.Even though he seemed quite busy he made it his business to make all of his guest feel welcomed and appreciated.

Quite a few weeks ago, I had a problem with the management at this restaurant, the lady that tried to help me with my problem just apologized and took something off if my ticket without really being assertive p. As if she really didn’t care, but now this visit has changed my outlook on Bessemer’s Cracker Barrel.

Cracker Barrel is somewhat predictable. Good food, affordable, limited menu, annoyingly loud country music, interesting novelty store. But the staff do make a difference. The staff here are very friendly and efficient, and the food was well prepared and hot. Good job, Bessemer CB!

Couldn't even get creamer for my coffee.

Last night my mother and I went to the Bessemer location. We had the Shrimp dinner and Friday Fish. Our server was excellent, the food was hot and the biscuits cooked well. THANKS TO THE ENTIRE CREW THAT WORKED LAST NIGHT on August 1!

Here I am getting a late breakfast this morning just because they was not open at 7 o’clock. I get inside and the greeter set me down. I asked her can I get a window seat she told me she didn’t have a window seat but because she didn’t have nobody working over there, but she sit down two couples at the window. I guess she felt like the way I was dressed. I couldn’t afford it to really eat there. I really felt real bad my waitress she was great. I just couldn’t get this off my heart. I felt like I was being discriminated and that’s awful when you can’t go somewhere and eat and people looking at you at a different way this white female is needed more training because I really felt real bad the way I was treated this morning. I’ll pay for my meal but I don’t think I will return again. I hate that people look at people any kind of way I wish to not come back here again. God bless you and your company. I hope y’all can fix y’all employee
