Customer service here isnt good at all … I came here at 2:00pm and the worker on duty was very bland and not welcoming … He told us that he couldn’t serve any food because he was the only one working even though he had another lady with lip piercings behind the counter on duty with him … she was just sitting in the back , talking to the other worker and didnt help him so therefore we were refused food service … We will not return and won’t recommend this location to anyone who is looking for good customer service

With all of the rave, I was excited to try the cookie butter latte. I finished the entire drink to find a piece of hair on my ice. It is disgusting no matter what but I am expecting with an even weaker stomach. Beyond disgusting.

Ordered online for walk-in. When I got there, they had the gate down and door locked. Which means I had to go through the drive thru which was wrapped. That was the whole purpose of me doing a walk in order so I could walk in and walk out. Drive thru was not moving. I had to just leave my order. They should at least have a spot to put online walk in orders even if they’re not going to orders inside. Zero stars if I could give it.

Alright so the store has potential… because the trainee’s were super nice when taking my order and helping me, but the TRAINER… absolutely horrible. I mean at first I’m trying to order and she gets on to me about how much I’m ordering cause it’s “a lot of food” and she’s trying to train the new people. Like it’s not my fault y’all scheduled only new people on a Sunday morning! I was as patient as I could be, but this black lady with short blonde curly hair was the worst with customer service! I think she wanted to start a fight honestly.

All I did was walk in and ask if I could get a cereal n milk hot she said she didn’t know but she would ask. She walked away and started making someone else’s drink and just left me standing right there so I walked out. I don’t understand why people act this way at food locations.

If I could leave 0 stars I would the manager with a lot of piercings is VERY RUDE the one day the inside is open when I come because it is usually closed because a staffing issue “She Say” but today she told the cashier to close the gate down in the middle of me ordering and told me to get in the drive thru line all I wanted was some hashbrowns for my hungry toddler before school since that’s all he will eat these days wouldn’t recommend this location to nobody I will rather continue to drive across town before stopping there again!
This is become my go to coffee spot since I’ve lived in McCalla. They had been some issues in the past before management changed, but now not so much I have began to order food from there again

Very rude employees that does not know how to speak to customers. A lady with a lot of piercings in her face is very rude. We were treated very poorly. My husband was about to ask a question when she cut him completely off by saying drive thru. He didnt even get a chance to speak. She didn’t know what was being asked. So we proceeded to drive thru ordering food. Where she then proceeded to tell us to move out of the way so that the others cars could come up. I’m looking like ma’am we are paying customers as well we’re just not in a vehicle because we drive big trucks so we couldn’t bring that through there. The lady was just all around rude and I will not come there anymore with her being there.
