Went in and yes it was the 4th. They said they were only serving in drive through but as we were leaving we noticed 2 people got to order while others were there for pickup. Do you just pick and chose who you let order inside? Oh well on to corporate and BBB. Good thing I get to chose where I shop and what to do based on how I am treated

They only process one order at a time, doesn't matter if you've ordered ahead. Waited in drive thru for 20 min while they did one order at a time ahead of me, then sat at the speaker another ten waiting to tell them I'd ordered ahead. Really slow and don't rush on any account. Avoid at all costs.

i order my food ahead of time online itsaystheydonthave oatmilk so I just getalmond milk. i then get there and they tell me no dairy free milk. So I'm like okay just don't put any milk in it I'm allergic to it. i then go to grab my coffee and it is a brown color. Now keep in mind the only thing I Putin my coffee was French vanilla and caramel. She tell me its brown because of the syrups I think ask again was there milk in it and stress to her that I'm allergic... Yea long story short there was dairy milk in it. i will not be spending my money at a place that will sit in my face and lie about something like this.
