I ordered on the app but it went to the wrong store. Firehouse does not let you call the store to cancel or cancel through the app. I couldn't get to the correct store before close. I told them the issue and the just made my food. Solid people working there! They deserve all the praise!

Well, I gave sorry upper management of Firehouse, the pathetic franchise owner and GM of this location plenty of time to respond. They don't need money and so after my last trip with rude 20 year olds I won't be back. They were too incompetent to let me use my rewards points and took it out by making the messiest sandwiches possible. So I'll be finding another location, spending the rest of my rewards then having my account completely closed out. Corporate refused (other than a customer service agent) to even acknowledge the unacceptable behavior by the employees of this store so I'm done with the whole chain. There's much better out there and this wasn't considered health food anyway. It won't be long and this location will likely be shut down anyway given complaints on local city facebook groups.

Disappointed in the Experience – Not What I Expect from Firehouse Subs

I’ve always enjoyed Firehouse Subs, but my recent visit to this particular location was disappointing enough to make me reconsider going back. When I walked in, the music was blasting at an uncomfortably loud volume—specifically loud rap music that made the atmosphere feel more like a party than a professional food establishment.

The staff’s demeanor only made it worse. The employees acted unprofessional and seemed more interested in their conversations than in taking care of customers. It took over two minutes for anyone to acknowledge me, and when they finally did take my order, there was no greeting, no smile, and not even a “have a good day” when I left.

The sub itself was good—as I’ve come to expect from Firehouse—but the service and environment were far below what a customer should experience. Whoever is responsible for hiring and managing this location should seriously reevaluate how it’s being run. I even tried to call corporate to share my concerns, but frustratingly, there’s no clear option to speak to a representative or leave feedback. That gives the impression that corporate doesn’t care what customers think either.

Overall, this was a bad experience, and while I still like the Firehouse brand, this location and the lack of corporate accountability left a very negative impression.

The guys behind the counter were so kind. I came in with a terrible headache and the music was so loud. I was kinda afraid to ask them to turn it down but I did and they were so nice! Definitely will eat there again!

Ok, first of all, when I walked in this evening, all the employees were standing there, looked up at me, and didn't say a word!! Kinda made me feel uncomfortable, and then I ordered 2 Steemers, and 2 steak and cheese, and my husband and brother both said the steak tasted like roast beef, and there was barely any meat on it! And on top of that, no bell peppers, no peppers of any sort, just a little meat, onions and cheese! I might come back and give them another chance, but dang, that was so expensive, and for them to short you on the meat like that is just disappointing!!!! I mean, I spent 51 bucks on those!!!
