All of the employees are very nice and service with a smile . They also keep this place very clean . I have witnessed this . They are fast getting my order ready , even late in evenings when there is only one employee on duty and its very busy inside. I enjoy coming to this location and the great employee service is the main reason . They must be doing something right because I have seen reacurring customers there as when I am returning there as well. Keep up the good work ! FireHouse Subs : Please acknowledge your fine employees ! They are difficult to come by ! Thank you for them ! ‘ I have not witnessed any employees touching the food, without gloves as previous people have commented on here and I visit there at lesst two times a week . I have also not witnessed them doing anything other than working very hard for the customers .

The cheddar brisket sandwich was a skimpy meat sandwich. Prior sandwiches used to be filled with meat on the bread but this one was pretty much a flat sandwich

sandwiches great. Customer service inside not even that bad. But the second you call this place actually don’t even waste time will ring forever if it rings at all. I figure I’d call on the way there just go ahead and have it ordered and possibly ready but after being on hold for 5 mins I figure might as well see how long it takes I’m already on the way. After STILL being on hold we arrive place is not busy at all get up the counter see said phone I’m on hold on. They take my order at this point phone still on hold and still workers that could have answered the phone. Basically this location hates answering the phone

I love your sandwiches. I started back patronizes this location a few weeks ago. I was a weekly customer until a year or so ago. I'm big on food safety and after witnessing a worker twirl gum in her mouth with gloves on while making sandwiches. I stop coming in there after she cursed me when I told the manager what she did.
Fast forward to today I'd ordered and was waiting on my food. I saw a worker rub behind her ear with gloves on and a few seconds later place her finger on her lip with same gloves on. I ask if she was working on my order at which she said it's already pulled. She ask why and I ask if they could remake my sandwich since she used contaminated gloves to make my order. The worker got rude and said these are new gloves and argued I didn't see what I saw. She than goes to the manager who comes out and ask if there was something wrong. I then tell him what she did in private and to roll the camera back 5 mins I have no reason to lie on her. He said he would handles it and apologized. My issue I use to work in food service for 16 years and understand food safety well and what will cause a major food poisoning episode. Im also big on health scores and 92 is not bad but it's not great. I've had food poisoning twice and don't want it again

Refused to let my wife bring her service animal in the restaurant to pick up our order gave us an attitude about it and by law they can’t refuse her or her service animal the animal is trained and if anything happens the animal is trained to help my wife the employees were rude they got the order wrong I wouldn’t recommend this place for anyone to eat at I’d find a different firehouse subs to go

Dietary restrictions: This location no longer carries gluten free bread.

Paid more than $4 for a cup of soup and received a tiny tiny amount. Also asked for no pickle spear on both sandwiches and they still put them in there.

My sub, Engineer, was soggy. The bottom was so wet the paper had to be pealed off. There was liquid pooling underneath it. We were about 25 miles away from home.

The floor needed to be cleaned, chips, paper on the floor a dirty floorthe ice machine needed cleaning someone started making tea but forgot to finish, the lid left off the tea the sugar sitting in the pitcher. A good place to eat but someone need to be in charge of keeping the restaurant CLEAN. The employees very friendly and helpful

Me and my friend was very excited to go grab some food at this firehouse subs by the way this was my friend first time ever trying firehouse subs let me tell you the you black female did not welcome me or my friend no welcome to firehouse subs she didn't want to take our order we was asking questions about the menu we felt very uncomfortable by the way all the other races of people walked in and she was very excited and respectful to them she was very excited to serve them and she told every other races of people welcome to firehouse subs we will not be a repeat customer and I will tell the Black people I know do not support firehouse subs the younger Black guy was very professional and passionate I wish him well and the black cashier asked me and my friend do we want to make a donation we both said no but we was looking forward to make a donation to this company she was very rude to Black customer's what a disaster and a disgrace
