I have really wanted to like this place because I generally like the food, but they just cannot get it together. On a visit a while back, I ordered through the app and clearly specified no pickle. When I got home, I found that the pickle had been included anyway, and the juice was all over everything, which made it inedible to me. I contacted support and they offered to give me enough points to get a free sandwich, which I (mistakenly, it turns out) accepted. So yesterday, I used my points to order a ham sandwich with only lettuce and tomato.First of all, I encountered the catch to being reimbursed with points, which is that you have to buy something else in order to get a free item with points. So, I had to purchase a drink in order to get the "free" sandwich that I had already paid for.When I arrived, there were no other customers in the store as I picked up my order, with no employees even acknowledging my presence. After filling my drink, I decided that it would be wise to check the sandwich to make sure it was right. Upon opening the box, I found a completely plain ham sandwich. Nothing but meat and bread. I approached the counter and told them it was supposed to have lettuce and tomato. They told me that they could add some lettuce, but did not have any tomatoes.So, they were not able to make what I ordered and were not going to bother to tell me, or ask if I even wanted it the way they made it. Then, all of the employees, including the manager on duty, just had an "oh well, I don't care" attitude. No apologies or anything, just take it or leave it.I told them that I did not want the order, and was told that there was nothing that they could do about reimbursement since I made an order with points, and would have to contact support for resolution. Upon contacting support, I was told that there is nothing that they can do, and it is up to the store management to resolve.So to summarize, I have now made two trips, paid for a sandwich and a drink, and have nothing to show for it.The overall ineptitude is so bad that it is actually kind of funny.

Kim and her staff at firehouse in Mccalla,Al were on point. My food was so good, the service was fast and the team was so nice and polite, and engaging with me the whole time. It was a wonderful and pleasant experience. Thanks for all you guys do.

This is the second time I have not gotten pepperoni on my pizza sub. I really enjoy firehouse but it is ridiculous that when ordering 2 subs they can't get it right. Also ordered raw onions they put caramelized on it. Wish they would do their jobs!!!!!!!

Tried calling in an order an hour before they closed. No one answered. Ordered in person and said something to the employee about not answering the phone. I was told that after a certain time they wouldn't answer the phone anymore. I waited until the next day and spoke with their district manager and told her about my experience and that the manager seems to have a poor attitude. Told her they didn't have to worry about getting any more of my business. She really didn't care. She was only concerned with who told me that they wouldn't answer the phone, not worried about correcting the issue with the manager. Very disappointing and I won't be back. I hope others join me and this location goes out of business.

Took 38 minutes to make 2 sandwiches!Didnt give me a receipt so that i could fill out the survey for corporate.While I sat and waited they made one guys sandwich wrong twice and admitted it out loud to each other then the third time they handed him someone elses sandwich and he left. They caught their mistake but that customer was already gone. Another customer was sitting in the back corner cussing about how long it was taking to get his sandwich. All in all I will be eating elsewhere.

I usually get an Italian sub once a week. My husband orders it with dressing on the side because if not the sandwich gets very soggy. They put the dressing on the sandwich and on the side. Very soggy!!! Half of the bun was a lot bigger than the other one. (?????) Hardly any meat on it??? When I called about it the manager said it was right cause she made it herself. She was very unprofessional! Oh and this was 2nd week without a pickle.

I eat here every day. Always a great experiance! I have gotten to know the manager and staff extremely well and they are more like family. I leave happy and full all week long. It's that special of a place for me.

Reading the reviews is the reason I will not spend a dime here the restaurant industry and employees has become so sorry it’s a wonder some get any business at all and owners or corporate doesn’t give a damn we should be able to pay for our food after we get it and inspect it a lot of fast food restaurants could learn business practices from Chick-Filet
