I placed a mobile order during the evening and when I arrived at the store it was closed. Since then I've been unable to get ahold of customer service or corporate about getting my money back for food I never received.

Parking: A regular parking lot with handicap parking up front and a ramp four wheelchair
Stopped inside for the famous biscuits around 8am. The place looks nice, but that's about all the positive feedback I can offer. There were 2 or 3 people waiting to order, 2 employees running the restaurant, one in front, the other in the back. Yeah, 2 employees for breakfast rush. No managers or GM in sight. After about 10 minutes waiting to order, the front employee locked the door remotely to prevent more people from coming inside as the drive thru backed up. A couple minutes later, having still 1 person in front of me, I went elsewhere. I'm going to assume whichever manager was supposed to be running that place had a good reason for the failures and their absence. But I'm not going to bet on it.

Usually come to Hardee’s in Hueytown AL Each wednsday morning . The staff there sre most welcoming efficient and accomodating . My thanks to the management and staff !
I was there on today 08/18/25, around 11 am. My husband and I entered, no greeting. The matt in front of door and drink machine, Sticky and Nasty, tables needed wiping off. The young lady @ register, not friendly at ALL.!! We both ordered the Ribeye steak biscuit combo. My husband was smiling and trying to converse with her, NO RESPONSE, just handed us cups. He questioned the amount of steak on the biscuits, sh said it's weighed. Then I heard her order more steak, she brought it over sat on table and walked away and my husband was saying thank you. Wow, never experienced anything like it before. Don't know her name, she wore glasses and had braids. Don't need to be on FRONT LINE, maybe in the back cooking! No paying customer should have to ever have such an encounter. Customer Service is important, after all, it's the customer that keeps the business open and her a job!!!
