Jack's used to be better .. I guess I will eat somewhere else from now on ...I know it's not the employees.. I blame corporate and management yall really don't care bout the paying customer any more all over Alabama Jack's is terrible...Close the door or fix it or we as customer will stop coming in ..

Order 2 legs meal guy said 20 minutes I waited 20 walk in they tell me he just put the chicken in and it will be another 20 minutes they going to ack like I don't want my food waiting outside for along time over some chicken they should cook when I place the order they rude people and don't try to fix the problem this the second time I had problems with them now Iam calling corporate

Came to the drive thru, and asked the guy rolling the trash can outside if they were open, and he said yes. Pulled up at the menu/speaker and someone asked what would we like. Then after we proceed to order, after the 3rd meal order was placed, the employee tells us, sorry they're closed. Well we had five people in the vehicle that were hungry. Should've told us they were closed from the beginning, instead of wasting our time. Definitely won't go back there.

Veterans and Truck Drivers you're not welcomed here. I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a recent visit to restaurant Jacks store #280 Morgan Rd. I requested a truck driver's discount and/or a veterans discount, the window attendant responded by laughing at me, which I found to be highly unprofessional and disrespectful.
When I asked to speak with the manager, who goes by the name Emily, she approached the window in a hostile and hasty manner, which only escalated the negative experience. I have visited numerous Jack's locations over the years and I have never encountered such treatment before.
Due to this experience, I have filed a formal complaint with Jack's Corporate Office, Consumer Affairs, and the Better Business Bureau. Additionally, I have shared my experience across various social media platforms to inform others of this unacceptable behavior.
I hope this feedback encourages you to address the conduct at this location to ensure no other customer is treated this way in the future.

Worst Jacks I have ever been in.My ticket says the General Manager is Michael Russell he must just sit home and collect a check. We went there this morning and waited 23 minutes 5 people walked out because of the wait. We asked for the manager and she never even apologized for the wait. People see you and they just walk back and forth The young Black guy that took our order flat out told my wife she did not order a lg drink.I live in Atlanta. Maybe this will be a good story for the Atlanta constitution. This owner must just care about the money.

My tots weren't hot. Everything else was on. I had the breakfast bacon wrap, tots and orange juice.
Staff was very unprofessional and rude didn’t want to interact with customers and carried on a pointless conversation with coworkers did not receive any eggs with my breakfast plate and the food looks like it was thrown into my plate and not packaged with care this is not my first bad experience I keep going back thinking maybe they’ve gotten a new staff and am always unpleased with my visit to this location it needs some serious rework or I see it shutting down in the future due to people not wanting to come back

I went to this location today and the entire place is Nasty! The tables were dirty, food and trash all over the floor also behind the counter. I watched a cook (heavy set male) use his gloves to starch his face then continued to fix a burger. The women came out of the office and proceeded to fix food and ice cream without gloves at all. The bathrooms were the worst , there was used tissue on the floor just a complete disaster. The health department code was a 90 I’m sure that score is old because it’s no way that place is anywhere near a 90! I will be contacting the health department because that place needs evaluating Immediately! I also just read a review from two weeks ago basically saying what I witnessed today. The owner replied but NOTHING has changed in two weeks so I take it they do not care! Therefore I must contact the health department sure they’ll care then.

Decent food. Had a grilled chicken sandwich it was pretty good. 1st time I've been to a Jack's. I may stop at another one if I ever come across one again. They don't have them in my state.
