I used to work at a Jack's. When you order a gravy biscuits it's supposed to be a ladle full of gravy. Looks like I barley got half a ladle. Had to buy another side of gravy.

We stopped Bessemer AL we had a horrible experience with the staff and.service was extremely bad and the employees was rude will never st at a Jack's again..that was our first time to stop at a jacks

Almost every time I go here my order is never correct it's always something missing from the bag and I have to go back for it
The food was done in under 5 minutes every time,staff was extremly polite,and the place was pretty clean just a couple of sticky pots in the floor,overall 9/10
I normally enjoy a good meal from jacks, however this morning my burger didn’t have a bottom bun and my fries were not up to the normal standard that jacks always delivers.
