I was very satisfied with my experience. I was greeted promptly upon arrival, and the staff demonstrated excellent professionalism and friendliness. The menu and online app are both very clear, and the staff is highly knowledgeable about them. Using the app provided great value, and the usefulness of the digital interface made ordering easy. Most importantly, the amount of time to receive my order was impressively fast.

The people were nice this time but still pretty incompetent. I lament the fact that this is the most convenient Jack's to home.
The Asst Mgr was at the register, and essentially ignored us for the first 3 mins. When she finally acknowledged us, she was courteous but not friendly. Another woman was there, ans she was much much more welcoming.
Our chicken fingers were dry, but the chicken sandwich was very fresh and hot. The fries were also nice and hot.
