This is the worst jacks I have been to in my life I’ve tried this location three times and the food is awful and it’s just this location food cold they need to hire new staff and clean house they just don’t care.
Lady making biscuits and checking her cellphone with the same gloves on. There's a waiting 20 minutes for 2 biscuits. They need older more experience people with a understanding how to work and don't mind doing their job.

Nasty. Filthy. No customer service at all. This is the Worst Jack's I've been too. Drive thru intercom doesn't work so you have to go in. Walk in and there's trash, tea stains, drink stains, all over the counter and floor. There was only 2 customers including myself, so there was time to clean up. Sweet tea needed to be refilled as it was out, but instead of cleaning, they're behind the counter twisting their hair, no gloves, talking about nothing. It's horrible how you expect people to spend money with you but you won't even employee people that care about service and how the location looks.

We just left! Got home and my wife's chichen salad had what looks like a small piece of grilled chicken taken off a sandwich that had mayo on it. My dog wouldn't even eat it. The two burgers had a piece on cheese on each one but NO meat. This was a waste of $19.00 as my grilled chicken sandwich was old. Threw it away!!!! We are retired and afford this waste of money! I know you don't care!!!!!!!!
