Unfortunately we were that last minute customer. A late ending event, traffic delays due to heavy rain, 10 minutes before closing, and we pull up. The staff provided outstanding service, and delicious food as though we were the first customers of the day. The up-sale VERY MUCH APPRECIATED! As much as I love fried pies..totally slipped my mind, until asked. I bought all they had left.

I previously had a not so great experience with Jacks on 5/11/2025. The Manager Phlunta went over and above to make my experience with Jacks GREAT. From the time she made contact with me until I arrived to the restaurant she was very committed to making sure My not so great experience was Great. I used to work at a Jack's. When you order a gravy biscuits it's supposed to be a ladle full of gravy. Looks like I barley got half a ladle. Had to buy another side of gravy.
