This location of Jack's is relatively clean, but as always, nothing to write home about.
The service is fast food service. Messed up orders are common but they are fast and usually friendly enough so its not a huge issue.

Wrong food was given. Asked for 3 thighs, got only 1. Asked for 2 big bacon combos, got a single big jack. Then they don’t answer the phone. lol avoid this nightmare and go to subway or anything else in the area.

This place holds the record for longest time waiting for 1 meal . I literally work 2 minutes away from jack and I can’t go there for lunch because I can’t get my food without waiting 20 - 30 minutes every time I go there . It’s very unclean in restaurant no ice or soda only warm sweet tea smh . I won’t go back again.

3 different morning sat in the drive thru for over 10 mins had to leave without food. Looking at reviews it happens alot . Sad part management is always there. Do better jacks ,it's very obvious reading reviews someone does not care. It very clearly shows.

Food good. Cashier ok. This restaurant was filthy. Every surface was dirty- pop machine, condiments, every table, floors, and bathroom. Bathroom counter, soap, and towels not secured to wall.
