Little Caesars Pizza

Ordered pizza, 3 sauces, and a drink. Only received pizza. Driver wouldn't go back for left items. Called store to resolve and was promised refund for left items. It's been a week and no refund.

Sent my nephew and niece there at 8:45 receipt time is 8:51 to get 5 pizzas 3 pepperoni and 1 supreme and 1 supreme with no mushrooms but was told that they were not making any special orders that they only had pepperoni or plain cheese pizzas they called me and I asked why they didn't have a good reason just said that was all they had for the rest of the night, I didn't understand but told them to go ahead and get all of them pepperoni, when they arrived home they had 2 pepperoni pizzas and 3 cheese, I Iooked at them confused, they started laughing and said they were told it was all they had , it would not be so bad except it's almost always something with this location, but to be told what you are getting instead of selling me what I want is ridiculous, I think I need to get in touch with the corporate office and make a formal complaint about Jeremiah F. I don't like looking like a fool to the after church guest when I had asked them what they wanted, then turn around and hand them a cold stiff cheese pizza, which no one really ate, I had at least half of it all left, with as many guests as I had there should not have been any left, it is a dad gum shame to take some ones money and basically rip them off, especially when I am living on disability because I lost both my legs above the knees and what should have been a rare treat wasn't

This place has terrible service. I ordered 2 pizzas at 7:47 literally waited an entire hour. Then when I went in they acted like it was our fault they gave it to someone else. Do better.

Every time I order a custom half-and-half pizza they ignore that half is supposed to be cheese and I always have to turn back and have it remade and wait longer. Tell your staff to read the online instructions clearly if it says left side and right side

Over an hour to get two pizzas and a crazy bread. One pizza is warm while the other was room temp. The girl up front was nice but the others were cussing in the back and one was just walking around acting a fool. They even locked the front door to keep more people from coming in and got irritated when people were coming up to pick up their orders. It was utterly ridiculous. Never go here. The dominos across street is so much better and have your order within 10 minutes.

by far the worst experience I have ever had. we waited for over an hour for 2 pepperoni pizzas and cheese bread. the last up front was nice, but the two in the back acted like children. if you are looking to eat pizza, make sure this is the LAST place you go.

First of all these people are rude. Because I refuse an item that's unacceptable I had to be treated like I wanted something for free. Be all the way for real honey. The pizza was unacceptable so I ask for another and try to hand it back. I was told that they could not take it back. Then I was basically accused by another employee of wanting something free because I couldn't turn it in. Do better!

Ordered in the drive through and walked to pull around. Where they left me sitting until I went in to get my pizza??? WTH is the point of your drive through??? We won't be back!

They dont know how to cook pizzas.. the pretzel crust pizza is flat and dry.. they again made the pizza incorrectly, leaving out the nacho cheese.. past 2 times, dry, old tasting, flat crusted pizza.. never again.. if you want to waste your money go here..
