My server Nikki was more worried about the man in the parking lot than our table she even excused her self mid ordering to go out and have words with the young man came back said sorry men what can you do as the boy peels out of the parking lot we let go.Till our food was late then shed messed up our orders and never refilled my drink we waited 30 min to have it remade then we got only have so we waited 20 more min for the other hafe by then my server Nikki out in parking lot not sure my daughter went out and asked her for out ticket she said she smelled weed and Nikki do napped at her can see I'm on a break I'm come with ticket.so when I asked to speak to a manager I was told they are not here what I was told the crew leader spoke with me she said that my server had a bad day well so have we we had to pick out a coffin for my husband.but I wasn't rude nor did I snap bc or food wasn't right.we are leaving and my server is begging the young boy not to tear up car to please stop he can have the dope she care please my my car as he spun tires and runs over the curb and her chasing after the car what a sight to see I even left tip now I wonder if I just enabled her to get high I called the store yesterday and got a run around is I think something needs to be done about this becarefull where you eat

Our service was very slow. Tables who were seated and ordered after us had food before we received Luke warm appetizers. Food then took another 20 minutes. Food was tasty and prepared as ordered.

Got an 8 oz steak ordered medium well. the meat was bad and it smelt awful. When I cut into it the meat stuck to fork SENT IT BACK TO KITCHEN TO BE COOKED THEY SENT IT BACK OUT TO ME.

Phone a head for a party at 12 All set ready to go as we arrived service was a little slow due to large graduation parties not particularly crowded but again large parties food was fresh cooked as ordered had the steak and 2 sides special server did a great job for our party Only gave four stars as service was a little slow I don't know if that was due to the graduation parties but it didn't appear to be particularly busy but overall good experience and would recommend it I'm doing this with over 50 years experiencing food service again the server did a good job keeping up with large party three bite checks refills

The server we had tonight was infuriating! She didn’t bring my salad until after everyone at my table had their main entree and immediately after she brought my salad she brought us the check and had the nerve to say I’m not rushing y’all but here’s your check!!!!😡 I responded with “ Well I sure hope not cause I’m going to order something else!!!! She was NOT friendly and had no customer service skills whatsoever! Her name was Ashley S. I was very disappointed and we have been long time customers of Logan’s in Bessemer and she was literally the worst sever I have experienced in my whole entire life
