Poor food quality and small portions on fall off the bones ribs...suppose to get 1 lbs. But we did not and was charged full price...Long story short...the Bessemer location and management is pathetic at best!!!Will never order from this so called restaurant ever again!

My family and I visited Logan’s in McCalla, AL, on today 12/20/25 and I have to say, it was one of the most disappointing dining experiences we’ve had. The food was poorly prepared and lacked flavor, and to make matters worse, the dishes and utensils were visibly dirty. The salad tasted old and unappetizing, as if it had been sitting out for far too long. For a meal that cost us $77, we expected much better quality and attention to cleanliness. Sadly, this experience left us feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone. I wish I could give it 0 stars!

Enjoyed our time there. Took a little while to get seated because we had a big group, we offered to break into smaller groups but they didn’t seem to entertain that idea. But waitress was great and food was good once we were seated.
Mrs Qkueen was our server idk how when it was her first day but I will be back i defiantly got the wow come back again experience thanks for the switch up in personalities I love a gd time and will definitely be BK only if I can get Mrs Qkueen as a server 💯💯
