I visited Logan's in mccalla on February 1st with my mom and sister and the service we received from our waiter Michael Sumrall made it one of the best experiences for dining out. He was friendly, accommodating and fun to talk with. Very attentive to us also. The food was great. Everyone we encountered was friendly but again Michael was great to us.

Everything was good until I got to the end of my food and saw a piece of hair fried in my chicken. Of course my appetite was spoiled and I tried my best not to vomit everywhere. The service and atmosphere was great but my food was disgusting because of the hair. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else. 🤮

I went to Logan’s one night recently and everything was amazing—the food and service were both excellent. I enjoyed it so much that I went back again. On my second visit, everything was good except the salmon, which unfortunately didn’t taste right. Overall, I still recommend Logan’s, just not the salmon based on my experience but the steaks yes!!

The food is decent, but has definitely declined since the 'rebirth' of the brand. The service here is terrible however. We waited nearly 30 minutes for a margarita, the waiter forgot about our appetizer and blamed the kitchen, then left us waiting for him to take the bill. The kitchen did great with the current menu.

I took my mother and grandmother for lunch to catch up but we really couldn't. 2:30 on a Monday and deafening construction. The company also parked over all the handicap spots so I had to walk my 86 year old grandma from the othe side of the parking lot.

The chicken Parmesan noddles was luke warm, barely had sauce, and the three little chicken tenders was hot. The so called garlic bread was hard and no garlic taste, the presentation of the whole plate was awful.

We were sat directly behind a wall so it felt a little closed off because I couldn't see around. Our waitress was great and my steak was cooked to perfection. I ordered it medium and it melted in my mouth and was full of flavor. My husband had the beer battered fish and it was very filling and delicious. We both ordered off the Meal Deal menu which included a Drink, side, salad, and entree with rolls and it was reasonably priced and we were both fully satified.

Honestly don't even know how this place stays open , we live in the area and keep trying to give it try and try again . Terrible everytime , service is terrible , food is terrible . Just absolutely nothing good to say . We will continue to drive 30 min to the better steakhouse in Pelham .

The food was great after waiting 30 minutes just to order. I have avoided this location for thus very reason the service is always horrible

Food was great and drinks we ordered were delicious! Wish we'd had more rolls, but at least we split a basket of 4!! Rolls are the best part of Logans
