Overall great experience, the service wasn’t the best but I have worked in the restaurant industry for 20+ years and covid changed things, so therefore I don’t really rate restaurants based on service anymore because they work short handed more often than not, but the food was amazing, best steak I’ve had in a long time. I am a manager at one of the best restaurants in the state and our steaks are amazing but I really enjoyed a steak other than ours for a change. It had the best flavor and cooked to perfection. It well exceeded any and all of my expectations.

A Blessed Travesty
Service was awful waiting a hour for salads and kids meals. They acted like they could not locate my order I had to show a receipt. When you walk in you’re not greeted they will get to you when they feel like it. Staff will walk by you before helping you. Make sure you check your order because something will be missing. Save your time & money go somewhere else!

I place my 7 ORDERS at 2pm for pickup. They told me 30min. Got there at 2:33. Sad to say I didn't leave with my food till after 3:30. As I waited at the bar they didn't even offer a soda nor a glass of water ?. I spent $131 for bad service!After all that, the food was good.
We had a new waiter and he did an amazing job. The problem I had was with the bartender. Our waiter placed our order for a beer and the bartender was ignoring him. Our waiter went to him 5 times that I noticed and still...no beer. 20 minutes later, I walked to the bar, bartender was walking back to the bar from a table, saw me, and turned back around to the table. As I am waiting for him to finish with a group of younger patrons, our waiter goes back up to him and the bartender is ignoring him again. I stepped up to the bartender as he was collecting the multiple tickets from the empty table (appeared to be checking amount of tip on each ticket) and explained that we had be waiting for a beer for approximately 20 minutes. He was rude but finally pulled the beer and handed it to me over the bar counter but said nothing to me. My husband and I had a similar experience a few weeks prior as we sat at the bar for lunch.

Tonight the service was awful. I didn’t even eat my food. I almost walked out. Waste of my night. Manager still charged me for a drink I didn’t like. Never had this service before at this location. I probably won’t be back it’s unbelievable.

I would grade this just above golden corral.I asked for a medium rare steak. I got blue rare. Asked again and got well done. The 3rd time well I got rare that time. I finally got my salad after I was almost done with the appetizer, and after waiting for them to re cook my steak twice. The guy took my cup for a refill but I got it back 17 minutes later. The food was ok I guess no where near great. But I have had better service from that fellow from India calling 13 times a day about my car warranty that I don't have.
