The food is always great! The employees and service is fantastic and I love the atmosphere because they're always playing music from the 1990's to 2010ish era. We eat here every Wednesday night and we are always welcomed with a smile.

Food was good, service was good, but the restroom was nasty. Some parts looked like it had been a long time since they were cleaned. To a large degree I judge a place by how clean the restrooms are, if they are nasty it would make me wonder what the kitchen looks like.

I had been driving 30+ minutes (one way) to the nearest Panera for lunch & was running short on time today. So, I decided to give McAlister's a try since this location is much closer & seemed to serve similar menu items. I put in an online order for the (pick 2) potato soup cup & 1/2 chicken salad croissant sandwich. Both items were affordable, ready on time & tasted good. I also got a 1/2 off desert reward & a free tea option for next time. I used the 1/2 off desert & got the carrot cake, which was also good (minus the coconut icing🤢). The entire order (not including tip) totaled to $15. My only disappointment was their limited tea options.

Food is always fresh and good but this time I ordered off the app and it asked for a tip and I declined and clicked the zero box, afterwards the page refreshed and I saw that a 15% tip was automatically added after I clicked the 0% box. Then when I got my food, a item was missing and the workers were looking annoyed that I asked for the missing item. No smiles, just gloomy. Salad was great though..
