They were out of the condiments for our breakfast sandwiches, and instead of telling us, they just made them the way they wanted with what they wanted. They gave my sister the wrong sandwich. All they had to do was communicate!

I have been trying to get an ice coffee for 2-3 months now and every time that I come to this location they say that they don't have any.. the restroom is full of ashes and is nasty and the lady at the register told us to give her $25 for our food and when I asked for a receipt she looked bothered and I saw that it said that she applied a managers discount and I don't even know how much that we should've been charged
Slowest place in the world. So slow you think it might be 2 people working there. No such thing as customer service

I went for breakfast. I ordered 8 sandwiches for work. I waited over 30 minutes for my food. I get to work with missing food, 3 day old chicken and bad manners from the people. I try to call 9 times with no answer. I goback when I got off work. The young man at the counter greeted me, patience and listened. He then fixed it with no complaints! He apologized, smile and made me fresh food. But what blew my mind was he thanked me for not yelling and acting out. He thanked me for using my Jesus yall!!. Excellent customer service!!

VERY rude employees. Standing at the counter I was passed 8 times nobody asked me if they could help. When I acknowledged myself the lady said she didn’t have to acknowledge me! WOW…… just wow.

They were only taking cash due to credit card was down and cashier was very nice but they forgot to put my Creme and sugar in my bag which I should have checked before I drove off and they usually put it in my coffee but didn’t this time.
