This location is busy due to the hueytown location being remodeled, which is completely understandable. what’s not understandable is the fact that we sat in line for almost fifteen minutes, inching up on to get to the window only to sit even longer. the lady at the speaker stayed taking orders in the other lane so we watched ten cars get their order taken while we sat and waited. eventually we had to drive around the building and get into the other lane so we could order. this experience was ridiculous, waiting in a drive thru line for thirty damn minutes all because they refused to switch their mic over to the second lane. we also watched multiple cars drive off after us as they didn’t get their order taken either. the intercome worked and the lane was open, there was no reason for this to happen.

This is literally the worst McDonalds I’ve ever been to and I literally travel the country for work..I’ve been to many McDonald establishments. I’ve been waiting at the drive thru without communication 3 for over 5 minutes. I placed my order on the app, so I can’t cancel.

Went to get food for the family. The cashier kept rushing us on the headset while in the drive thru. Everytime I would tell her what I wanted she would total the order out before I finished. I told her I wasn’t done. Rude. She got irritated we were using the mobile app code. Fries weren’t salted. Ordered a double filet and only got one piece on my sandwhich. They need an attitude adjustment.

This is honestly one of the sorriest McDonalds you could go to. Sometimes the ice cream works sometimes it doesn’t. Other times they are only serving certain items or only accepting money one way. And on top of that they are never nice about. The food is fresh most of the time but it’s the customer service and experience that leaves a bad taste in your mouth.
