Hot Garbage!

Typical Mc Donalds, I went there for a Happy Meal and the nuggets were hard. The customer service was good they had a good team of workers in there.

This is the second time I’ve come to this McDonald’s. The first time I came I asked for the Steak Bagel I got a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle. I went back to the drive thru she just handed it to me with no apology. Today I ordered The Grinch Meal, I didn’t receive any salt. That was the main reason I went I want the fries with the dill salt. I received no straw with my drink and my Big Mac wasn’t the best. The bottom bread was hard like it had been sitting there for a while and I only received a dollop of sauce on my Big Mac. They really can do better if they would just try.

My experience yesterday left me really upset. I pulled up to the window after placing a mobile order and was immediately met with an employee who seemed clearly irritated. They asked, “Are you paying cash or card?” I said, “Oh, I actually have a mobile order.” They replied, in the same irritated tone, “Well, we can’t get to our mobile orders right now.”

I asked, “What should I do?” They sighed and said, “Well… you can either cancel your order or you can wait 15–20 minutes.” The last time I tried to cancel a mobile order, the app wouldn’t let me, so I told them, “I thought you couldn’t cancel mobile orders after placing them.” They responded, again sounding irritated, “Yes you can… in the app.”

I was from out of town and really just needed to grab some food and get back on the road, so I asked, “So you can’t take any orders right now?” They said no—which confused me, because why ask “cash or card” if no orders could be taken?

Even though I was met with irritation from the start, I stayed calm and responded kindly, saying, “Okay, well I’m really sorry if I frustrated you, but I hope you have a great rest of your day.”

When I drove away, I tried to cancel the order, but the app notified me that it had already been processed and couldn’t be canceled. So I went back to the window and was met again with, “Cash or card?” I explained, “Sorry, it’s me again. You said I could cancel my order, but the app says it’s already been processed, so I just wanted to know where I should wait.”

They told me, “You can pull forward and wait if you want.” What confused me further was that the person in front of me had just received their order, so clearly some orders were still being made.

When I reached the window, I heard the employees talking about me, but I stayed calm and showed them the error message I was getting. They asked, “Well, what did you have?” It was just a hamburger, so I told them. They replied, “Just the sandwich?” They went to make it and brought it out shortly after.

It was my mistake for forgetting to mention my modifications, so I’m not upset about the food. What really bothered me was being met with such irritation and attitude from the very beginning when I had given no reason for it. I completely understand that food service can be stressful, I’ve worked in it, and I would have been understanding had someone simply said, kindly, “I apologize, our system is down and it will be about 15–20 minutes.” Instead, I felt the frustration was taken out on me, even though I had no way of knowing what was going on.

Waited 30 minutes for a pick up order and watched multiple people walk in front of me because they got their orders wrong. Just go to the Hoover location save yourself the trouble.

This place should be shut down. Ordered at kiosk, 5 people that ordered after people got their food and we got nothing. Finally got it from attudey Judy like I did something wrong. They did make my iced coffee when I ordered but by the time they gave it to me, it was water. I know it is McDonald’s but they should still maintain some sort of service lesson. Instead of the people working there. It you hate working there then leave.

Had an impatient woman yell “oh my gosh” through the speaker at a drive through with 0 cars behind us while my mom was still ordering. We already have had many more problems such as receiving a small silver coil (most likely from a metal sponge) in the egg of an egg mcmuffin once, and that’s certainly forgivable seeing as it could have been a mere accident, but the attitude of this woman so early in the morning was absolutely embarrassing.

Midnight drive thru last night, specifically asked if ice cream machine was working and was told yes. Ordered 4 sundays w/o issue and sat in line for no less than 25 mins! Pull up to window finally to only then be told machine was broken. Giant waste of time. Seems to me they just didn't want to make them.

It's ridiculous here this is 3rd time I've gotten a vanilla shake in place of a chocolate shake. The mcchicken so hard I threw that away. Use to be alright, now not so much guess staff can't read or sum. If u want sum specific dont bank on getting it at this McDonald's.

Let me just say, this location humbled me, extremely! They messed up on 2 things in my order and I have a son with autism sooooo it's a whole meltdown. However Nadia corrected it and made it right while being polite and apologized (ty nadia). But when my husband went to get the order correction. He inquired about the happy meal toys toy a man working with a suit style uniform, and said that our son with autism has been trying to get one specific lil toy. Idk if he was a manager or the owner but he gifted my husband the toy our son has been wanting. And my heart is extremely full! Thank you whoever you are, you made our whole summer! 🫶
