Seriously one of the worst McDonald's I have literally ever been at. Greasy limp fries. Grease soaked buns with hair on them. Wish I would have taken a pic to post, but tossed that crap in the the nearest trash can. I live down the road and know better then to go here, but in my mind I'm thinking ok this time is going to be different. NOPE!!! Y'all just suck for real and have for about 4 years now.

Waited exceptionally long. Food was cold. This i can deal with. But the absolutely most rude drive thru employees that I have ever encountered i can't accept. The girl taking payments held her arm out the window and never looked at me. I handed her my card she handed it back and never looked at me. I got to the drive-thru window the window came open out came a bag. And the girl never looked at me. Never said a word. Filled my tea glass half full of tea and then she poured maybe a quarter cup of ice in and again handed it out the window without looking at me. Acting like I was bothering them. Well I won't bother them again.

I do not know what happened to this location, but I'm over it. Been eating here 5 times a week, same thing every day, for over a year and service the last couple of months has been absolutely awful with the food being hit or miss, mostly miss. Today I waited 12 minutes for a double cheeseburger with no one in front of me. Finally get the burger and it's not even hot! Patty is dry and cold and the cheese isn't melted. The onions were never put on it (yes I know it's between the patties, I checked for it). I guess I'll have to start bringing lunch to work myself, because this was the only decent place to eat around here and it's terrible now.
There are two ladies there who are phenomenal and the place always runs like a top when they're there. Super friendly and always on point. I can tell whether my food will be good based solely on whether they are there or not. Of course neither of them was today, but I hope they know exactly who they are.

I order a double quarter pounder meal the meat was raw and they refused to make me another sandwich. I don’t recommend going there unless your getting breakfast night shift is very rude and I didn’t appreciate the customer service I received after spending almost 50.00 dollars.
Their supposed to be open right now says opened order my food and the works and sitting in their cars in the back while there’s a line no one in side or nothing

Sat at the drive thru for 10mins with people lined up behind me. They wanted to ignore our orders that’s fine but atleast tell us that so we don’t waste our time sitting and could have went somewhere else!!! I don’t recommend at all and don’t waste your time!

Yesterday we ordered online when we got there the food wasn't ready had to wait. When we got our food the fries were so hard my wife chipped her tooth. Don't eat here unless you got good insurance

Ordered on kiosk, no receipt, got our table number, “so they could bring our food to us”, they just hollered our number from the counter, missing 2 drinks, old cold fries, no ice in one of the drink machines. Heard someone else say something about the fries and the lady said it’s just the way the fries are bc “they are double frozen”, don’t think that had anything to do with the temperature of the fries. 🤷🏻♀️
