It's ridiculous here this is 3rd time I've gotten a vanilla shake in place of a chocolate shake. The mcchicken so hard I threw that away. Use to be alright, now not so much guess staff can't read or sum. If u want sum specific dont bank on getting it at this McDonald's.

Let me just say, this location humbled me, extremely! They messed up on 2 things in my order and I have a son with autism sooooo it's a whole meltdown. However Nadia corrected it and made it right while being polite and apologized (ty nadia). But when my husband went to get the order correction. He inquired about the happy meal toys toy a man working with a suit style uniform, and said that our son with autism has been trying to get one specific lil toy. Idk if he was a manager or the owner but he gifted my husband the toy our son has been wanting. And my heart is extremely full! Thank you whoever you are, you made our whole summer! đŸ«¶

I usually use curbside because I'm a delivery driver and this is one of my go to places for something quick that I can eat on the go.
My food usually is brought out to me quickly and the crew member is always polite and friendly...
This location is 1000% better than the dumpster fire on 9th Ave in Bessemer by Walgreens...

Placed an order at the second drive through. There was another vehicle at the first lane. I finished placing my order and was told to drive to the second window. The young lady at the window didn't ask me which order was mine. I gave her my card and got charged for the other cars order. They supposedly canceled my card transaction, but 2 weeks later that money still hasn't be put back into my account.

I would give a 0 if that was an option. I have never been there without an issue and my family lives close. I have tried to convince them to stop supporting this location with business. They get your order wrong and then have an attitude when you ask them to fix it. Terrible McDonald's. Worst ever! Go one exit in either direction and you will find a different location with much better service.

The absolute worst McDonald’s you can go to. I waited SWEAR TO GOD 45 minutes for a 4 piece chicken and then when I got to the window they told me I was gonna have to go back around becuase my order happened before shift change. I told them absolutely not and the worst attitude came from the ignorant employee. I’ll definitely be back tomorrow around 6pm. Tomorrow, June 1st, and will verbally cause extreme hell. Be prepared please.

Food is usually McDonald's. Not expecting 5 star quality there ... But to be yelled at in the drive through after sitting for several minutes waiting at the menu, and told to hold, then to drive around after finally placing my order to see the girl shopping on her phone with her back to the window and nearly having to tap on the window to get her attention is a little ridiculous.... Don't think I'm expecting too much there.

Watch your receipts! The girl in the drive-thru decided to round up my order without even asking me. Normally I do not mind at all, as long as they ask me. However, she rounded mine up $.98, which isn’t a lot of money. However, if she serves 100 customers during her shift, and does that for all of them, that’s $98 per day she is taking from customers without asking. Her customer service was terrible as well. I put that on management though. When you drive up to the speaker you get “go ahead with your order.” No “Welcome to McDonald’s. May I take your order?” Service has quickly gone downhill at this one.
