Ninja Japanese Sushi & Steak House

Not quite what I was expecting. While the wait staff was pleasant and you do get A LOT of food.
Overpriced despite the amount of food you get.
Everything tasted like it was out of a box or a bottle that came from the grocery store. Shrimp was good, but ruined by drowning it in the bottle sauce. I have never walked out, but I wish we had turned around and went somewhere else.

I went yesterday and got the steak fried rice it was good. Today I went back and it was completely different. The food was not cooked. So I took it back in and then they literally put the food I had already touched back on the grill. When I got it back the rice was hard and sticky and the meat was some how still not cooked! I’ve never seen a white piece of steak not the inside the whole piece. I called back and they were very rude. 20 bucks for a plate that you can’t even eat. Its ridiculous! ( I can’t reply to the owners comment they Cooked the same dish twice they threw the food that had already been touched back onto the grill. Not made the dish twice. Btw you can’t take food from outside the restaurant and put it back onto the grill you should know that.) since you replied again calling me a lair I literally called back and asked if they just threw the food back onto the grill they said yes we did. Also my husband was sitting right beside me and heard it. You can try and cover yourself but if it comes down to it phone records can be pulled!

When we first moved to this area this was a premium destination. Last night was pretty disappointing - the seating area is much too close and our waitress was not aware of the menu so couldn't answer basic questions. I didn't get half my meal until I asked 3 times, then finally had her box it up to go. She was busy but also very unprofessional and I saw some not sanitary practices happening. I won't be back and can no longer recommend this place.

I always love this place, usually good food and service but this time unfortunately I found a staple and a sharp piece of plastic in my rice after ordering the steak hibachi to go, I didn’t take a photo of the piece of plastic since I had thought at first it might’ve been from the lid after opening the container but now I’m not so sure after seeing this in the bottom of the rice, just a reminder to always make sure you’re looking at what you’re eating!

The woman Added a large tip to my receipt and charged me and wouldn’t fix it I asked multiple people to fix it then the manager just looked at me shocked and didn’t wanna speak once she saw what was on my receipt just saying ohhhh. They did the same thing to the people across from us but they were disgusted and said they will never come back I’m not gonna walk out u don’t wrong people that way

They don't do the grill for lunch

Don’t do it!! We went for lunch and got there before 2 pm and we placed our order off the lunch menu. When the check came they charged us dinner prices the manager told them to charge dinner prices. The man said we got there after 2 pm which was a lie if we got there after 2 and were done eating at 2:45 pm. They have lost a customer we will not be back.
