Ordered to be delivered at 6:15 we have to call to find out where our order is. Finally received it at 7:10. Literally gave up our favorite pizza place for yalls garlic stuffed crust pizza and bread sticks. Well to say the least on those, they were stale and tasted like they were heated in a microwave (knowing they just weren't fresh). Very disappointed for the price we paid. And it's not bc of the doordash delivery prices either. Maybe we should've looked and seen that yalls reviews went below a 4..shame on us.

Bought 3 pizzas and pull apart cinnamon rolls. The pizzas was HORRIBLE. They were so dry I could have started a fire with them. Garlic was no where to be found on the crust. Down right nasty!!!!

They delivered me the wrong order plus I gave the driver a good tip but when I checked my order I was missing four wings as if someone had been eating them I called the store to complain about my order they put me on hold for thirty minutes I had to use three separate phones to call them and all three was on hold for over thirty minutes I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but nawl they just not gone do right no longer my services because they’re service is very poor I do not recommend this location

Pizza .1 star looked/ tatsed like it was made hours before I received it. Dry and old. Additionally, made incorrectly.Dessert .1 star see above...just as poor. Wings 5 stars made fresh and tasty.Drinks .1 never received it yet paid for it.

I have had pizza from here several times and it’s slightly above average,sausage and pepperoni and cheese toppings are good and you can get a variety of toppings if you want.However trying to order from here is a nightmare.I ordered last time and the young lady took my order and I waited over a hour for it to arrive.When I called back someone said they didn’t have an order for me.Seems She never took my order.Wound up calling another store.

Paradise was disgusting as soon as I took a bite I spit it out the toppings was bad, pizza wasn't fresh and the cheese sticks had a sweet taste .Thank you for ruining my dinner and for wasting 40.00We will never eat here again

I placed an order from this location two weeks ago that was not delivered. I ordered from the papa John’s website. It said it was delivered via DoorDash, but I never received it. I called that night, and the girl who answered said all she could do is void my order; she said they couldn’t do anything else since DoorDash delivered and that it was door dash’s fault (even though I didn’t make the decision for DoorDash to deliver; they did). She did not offer to send a replacement nor did she apologize. She also hung up on me in the middle of trying to find a solution and continuously spoke over me. The charge has still not been refunded on my card. I was trying to give it some time at first to show up, but it has been two weeks. I have tried messaging and calling the store but I have not been able to reach anyone. Their store number keeps stating they are closed even during store hours. So I guess someone just got $61 of pizza on me for free, and I’m not getting that money back or a pizza.

If I could give negative stars in would ordered almost 2 hours ago and the just now called my to tell my they have no way of getting my order to me good thing I was paying in cash because the guy on the phone hung up on new before I could tell him to cancel my order i will never order from papa John's again !!!
