2 hours for an order is ridiculous! And it was COLD! Very little toppings and not all the toppings ordered. I will NEVER order from here again . This wa the second bad experience. Will stick with All Original. Wanted to give them another try just for the breadsticks but that can’t overcome all the negatives.

This is only my second order in 5 years from this location. 1st order was late, cold and quality was poor. Customer service was poor. I wanted to try again to order pizza from this location and same story, different day. If you are looking for long wait times on delivery pizza, order from this location. You won’t be disappointed in how long you have to wait. Unacceptable Papa John’s. Do better.

Order several boxes of pizza about a week in advanced the manager was appreciative and I understand, especially around this time of the year (football). Our order was ready at the agreed upon time, it was fresh, and provided us with all the last minute extras we needed. I can't speak on others experiences at this location but mine was absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be ordering from this location again~ Thank you

It's a standard Papa John's location. This restaurant is conveniently located for me. The service and inside are decent. Nothing extraordinary, but not bad either. My food id always hot and I have not had any issues here.

They need new management. They’re having trouble with the idea of actually delivering pizza.The last time I places an order, a 45 minute estimated delivery took 2+ hours and three calls to resolve (including somebody falsely marking the pizza as “delivered” at around the 1.5 hour mark.The staff gave me multiple (inconsistent) excuses and was rude. Finally an employee showed up with my pizza… I’m pretty sure she was kitchen staff and not a delivery driver, since she had an apron covered in flour (she gave me yet another excuse).Management did absolutely nothing when I wrote, not even offer an apology for the lies.

We waited 2 hours a day still did not get our delivery. When we called they rudely said it would be another 1.5 hours. Since when does it take 4 hours to get pizza? In that time Domino's delivered for our kids yet we sit here waiting for food. We will need er order from here again. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous.

Ordered one pizza and one pizza bowl and was given a 2 hour wait time. Called 2 hours later and was told it was going to be another 2 hours. Now it’s 9PM, no food, and my delivery options are extremely limited.

Like most restaurants they were good in the beginning but slowly became so bad we just won't order from this location any more.Food quality went down over a period of last three years. Pizzas were burnt or irregularly cut. Some pizzas had diverts where crust was missing, like it wasn't rolled out correctly.The worst of it was the delivery times and differences in app notices of "your pizza is on its way" to actual delivery. Longest wait was 4 hours.There was a short time where their phone was broken and you couldn't speak with anyone to check status of late food.We have gave 3 chances to get better and we're disappointed each time after.Make your own pizza or go somewhere else.
