I got the original combo. The food was pretty good. The two guys working were very nice but did need seem to know what was going on. Otherwise, I would give it another chance

The food was really good. But the wait was long. The told us that the grilled chicken sandwich I ordered would be a ten minute wait which was fine. However that ten minutes turned into 30 minutes.

Absolutely stay away for this place! Sat in line for 35 minutes, with one car ahead of me. Once we got food (and that is using the term loosely) it was cold, stale and unfit to eat. Even the fountain drinks were lousy. Honestly they need to close the place down before they make someone sick.
We live the Bessemer Location next to Town & Country. We get the 5 hot dog Special every time we go. ?

Will not be doing business here again. After waiting a year and finding out location was open for business called to get current hours and lobby take out availability, per the covid I was told they closed at 3pm and lobby was open for take out and upon arriving at 2pm was told that they were closed .

The older black lady has terrible customer service and a bad attitude. She threw my food cross the counter, she hollers at people inside the store and through the intercom in drive-thru. I’ve been to that location twice and both times i specifically said “No Onions” and she didn’t even ring it up and of course yes it was onions on my meal. She is just rude. The older Caucasian lady don’t do any work she sitting down all day everyday on the phone talking tremendously loud.

I went through the drive thru and it took almost 10 mins before someone would take my order. When i ordered the staff member had a hard time comprehending. Then i drove around to pay and the wait time was even worse. I definitely won't be back.
