I'm giving a 3 star for the food. Because even though they were busy, they still gave me some cold tatertots, that I had to send back. Other than that I was satisfied with the food. Also, I wish they wouldn't have taken down a lot of their speakers, menus, & converted them into just parking spots, I guess those spots are only for customers to sit & eat at. But they have way more of those parking spots that doesn't have speakers & menus than parking spots where you can pull in and order. Which to me means that those customers who want to sit & eat in their car after receiving their food, would have to move their cars into one of those parking spots.

I just used the drive thru. I noticed they had a credit card reader outside. I was 3rd in line and the gentleman brought out food for the car I'm front of me. (2nd). It was a big bag so I'm unsure if it just came up before the other car or if they ordered ahead. It worked, smoothly. The guy in the window was pleasant when it was my turn. The food was nice, I got the ketchup they let me choose if I wanted. All around pleasant experience.

I just sat in line for 20 mins for them to deny me my food because I had a split payment. The excuse was “I have a time limit.” Crazy.
The tots were overcooked like they had been under the heat lamp for way too long

This sonic was painfully slow and the employees had bad attitudes . I waited in the drive through for 30 mins with 1 car In front of me that ended up just leaving . They weren’t even busy . Food was decent though

I just went thru the order stall and I tried to place an order for just a large strawberry milkshake that's all. An easy order !!!! The lady on the headset that was talking to me was very rude, nasty attitude, got smart with me from the beginning. She asked me "will you be paying with cash or card?" I said to her "both." Then she said to me "if I still wanted the shake because they can't do both." I replied to her"yes." Then she's running her mouth about me not knowing that I can hear everything she is saying word by word. And she keeps repeating herself about"can't do both." NOT KNOWING.... That I used to work in a drive through at a restaurant and yes you can do both types of payment methods. So I just rolled my window up n left pissed off, aggravated, etc. One loss of a sale all because she can't do both. When the company can. It's a choice is why. Long lines. So in the end, I didn't get nothing at all whatsoever. Instead of helping me. Argues with me. Etc. Good bye !!!
