This sonic was painfully slow and the employees had bad attitudes . I waited in the drive through for 30 mins with 1 car In front of me that ended up just leaving . They weren’t even busy . Food was decent though

I just went thru the order stall and I tried to place an order for just a large strawberry milkshake that's all. An easy order !!!! The lady on the headset that was talking to me was very rude, nasty attitude, got smart with me from the beginning. She asked me "will you be paying with cash or card?" I said to her "both." Then she said to me "if I still wanted the shake because they can't do both." I replied to her"yes." Then she's running her mouth about me not knowing that I can hear everything she is saying word by word. And she keeps repeating herself about"can't do both." NOT KNOWING.... That I used to work in a drive through at a restaurant and yes you can do both types of payment methods. So I just rolled my window up n left pissed off, aggravated, etc. One loss of a sale all because she can't do both. When the company can. It's a choice is why. Long lines. So in the end, I didn't get nothing at all whatsoever. Instead of helping me. Argues with me. Etc. Good bye !!!

A Sonic Drive In where they refuse to do carhop service and only use the drive thru REGULARLY. The laziest Sonic I’ve ever been to.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely kids environment ,menu n slushes but 😊
The staff never acknowledged I was at the drive thru even after saying hello multiple times honking my horn and revving my engine to get their attention I even drive up to the window and knocked the looked at me and ignored the fact I was there this store needs all new staff and needs to have a reevaluation done and a surprise one at that not one where the employees are prepared you need to get them trained properly or fire them

When I asked for 2 SuperSonics only got one and food was cold and the person bringing the food was pissed because she didn’t get a tip guess what you need to correct it

We go to this Sonic semi often. I always offer through the app to get the best deals and to avoid waiting too long. We've never had a bad experience at this Sonic; which, to me, is super impressive. Everything I can see is always clean. No trash in the parking lot. We've been at least a dozen times over the last year or so, and the staff had been pleasant, and our food has been good each time. No complaints to speak of. 5 Star
