We were promptly greeted in a welcoming way! The young lady who took our order offered upsizing on our combos and was receptive to our specific needs. Overall, this Sonic has given us a renewed appreciation for the classic Sonic that is known to be "America's Drive in" with the terrible service we constantly receive on the East side of Birmingham... lord knows we will travel to Bessemer anytime we have a taste for Sonic! Thank you for making us feel like a customer should feel.

I would have given them three stars, however, the app stinks. I have tried several times reaching out to corporate to let them know and even left a review on Google play detailing what caused them. Every time I go there the app has trouble. And the store can't do anything to resolve these issues when they happen. Even when your order gets stuck and you are unable to put in your stall number. Disappointing.
