I ordered a single Cortada this morning on the inside waiting 15min it was only 2 people on the inside before i ordered while watching 25 cars in the drive thru get served. i requested a refund never had a problem till today an I go there at least 4 times a week.

Slowest Starbucks ever never got my order after waiting ten minutes on line . You need people with speed working here! The place looks nice after Renovations but people working there make it go down .

I am from out of town and an avid Starbucks customer and I placed a mobile order for my husband and myself. Our pickup time was 8:04am and we arrived in the drive thru line at 8:03am. We were greeted with a monotone voice and told them our pickup name. We were told to “wait until our pickup time and come back”. So we lapped the building for that 1 minute and then came back to the speaker. We were greeted again with the same underwhelming voice and then told “ok go the window” in an annoyed tone. Then our drinks were all sticky and we were given no napkins. Luckily we had some in the truck. I love the coffee from this franchise but this store was not it.
After 3 times dining in and watching them disappear to the back somewhere and the only ones actually working were in drive through, I've decided not to return unless I'm ordering from drive through.

The food and drinks are never bad , but the older lady on morning shift always has a bad attitude. If I could give no stars for service I would ! Couldn’t read her name tag , but the place is always good without her being there . I try to understand that people go through things , but every day having an attitude is insane ! If she doesn’t like her job she should quit!

Ima just consider everyone they hire here is just slow. Because it’s always either a hit or miss! My child even reminded me how horrific my experience be when I arrive because I always say I’m never coming back but today was the last chance. This drink taste DISGUSTING!

I’m extremely disappointed with this Starbucks location. I specifically planned my day around coming here to sit, relax, and read — only to find the lobby closed off just for a “guest” meeting. This is a public space, not a private event hall. If Starbucks is going to block off the entire seating area, that should be made clear in advance — not sprung on customers who make the effort to come in.
To make matters worse, the employees were rude and dismissive when I asked about it. I’ve experienced attitude here before, but this was the last straw. I come for the atmosphere, not just the coffee, and this location keeps falling short. Definitely reconsidering spending my money here again.
