No bathroom, when you ask for extra mayo or something they squirt half the bottle on your sandwich or ask for extra olives and you end up having an Olive and Mayo Sub sandwich. The manager is cool (if he is still at this location).
This was my first time visiting this particular subway. The first thing I noticed was that the store was relatively new and very clean on the inside. The person behind the counter was very friendly and polite. I got there right after they opened and was the only customer. Even though I showed up right after they had opened, I was treated kindly. The ingredients were all fresh and the sub was great. I would highly recommend this subway. I do plan on returning here when my work takes me by it again.

I went there and the worker told me that I could not make two separate orders. I had two different coupons and she said that I could not use both of them. I never heard of such a thing. I will not be purchasing anything from them again. I tried to call the head quarters but couldn't get anyone. When I find the right number, I will be making a complaint.

Hueytown location doesn't accept coupon...Service personell very RUDE..Went to bessemer location 19th street...service was good..

No matter how many times I give Subway a chance and decide to eat something there there's subs all taste the same I don't care if you get the meatball or the pepperoni or the tuna they all have the same subway taste Jersey Mike's is a place to go if you want a good sub or firehouse stay away from Subway low quality processed meats and very little of it more greens less meat at Subway
