They made us wait literally two whole car spaces back from the window just because they don't want to do their job the correct way. You can just make cars stop in-between your windows because something is causing it to go slow. It doesn't matter what kinda of order anyone had they just kept stopping them so their clock didn't run up, and that is their own problem not the customers!!!

Lady at the window told us to back up behind the window.. I didn't get no receipt or napkins and when we ordered she was rude and said she told us to hold on and she never said anything.

The wait was horrible, when we got to the front of the line they said that we weren’t next in line and need to pull forward and wait more. When we finally got the food they burnt my cheesy dipping burrito(how they thought this was okay to serve is beyond me) and didn’t give me the chipotle sauce

I went to Taco Bell and ordered five soft taco Supremes and the prices keep going up and the quantity of the tacos are going down. Let me show you what I mean you can take all these five tacos and make one taco.

This by far was my worst experience ever going to Taco Bell very small portions not friendly staff it was more interested in what they was doing in the bag that making food The slowest service I ever had tacos was underweight Mexican pizza has so many beans on it and very little meat my worst is for yours at Taco Bell ever Taco Bell of McCalla

We went through the drive thru tonight at the Taco Bell in Bessemer/McCalla Al. The staff were very rude. The cashier left the window before giving use our complete order. The other associate told us that the cashier had given us our complete order. I informed her the three combos came with drinks. She snidely remarked that I needed to specify this. Why would I need to specify what was showing on their board inside? I gave a detailed order at the intercom. When we got home we were missing the nuggets and fries of one combo. When I called back to the restaurant noone would answer the phone.

I waited in the drive through line for 10 minutes and when I got to the speaker I was told the system is down we can’t complete orders. Me thinking well maybe they just can’t take payments I told the worker it’s an online order. Then this older lady got on the speaker talking very loudly saying “we don’t have the food to make the order the truck isn’t in. You can cancel your order.” So now I’m confused because at first the system was down but now you don’t have the food? Mind you there are two cars in front of me waiting at the window for food. Im pretty understanding when it comes to technical difficulties or inconveniences but that older lady did not have to get rude. She needs to work on her customer service and interpersonal skills.
