I ordered your new Cantina Chicken Quesadilla, as advertised on TV. It was nothing like was advertised. They look thick with large chicken chunks and stacked high on the plate. It was actually very flat and very few pieces, not chunks of chicken. Very disappointed. Won’t believe next Taco Bell commercial, and probably won’t visit for a long while.

If this is the Taco Bell in McCalla their night shift employees are awful! They had hip hop music playing very loud out of the drive-thru window. All of my food is ice cold. I just wasted $16

They made us wait literally two whole car spaces back from the window just because they don't want to do their job the correct way. You can just make cars stop in-between your windows because something is causing it to go slow. It doesn't matter what kinda of order anyone had they just kept stopping them so their clock didn't run up, and that is their own problem not the customers!!!

Lady at the window told us to back up behind the window.. I didn't get no receipt or napkins and when we ordered she was rude and said she told us to hold on and she never said anything.

The wait was horrible, when we got to the front of the line they said that we weren’t next in line and need to pull forward and wait more. When we finally got the food they burnt my cheesy dipping burrito(how they thought this was okay to serve is beyond me) and didn’t give me the chipotle sauce
