Ordered a bowl, which came with half of what I usually get from any other Taco Bell, I asked for potatoes and they charged extra for it but didn’t add the potatoes. Also took 30 mins for my order when it wasn’t even busy, nor was my order long.Wouldn’t eat here again

Got told to order at their kiosk. Kiosk doesn't have my drink choice and takes twice as long to order and then still have to go to counter to pay with cash. Had to wait till I paid before it put my order in leading to standing alone in the lobby for 15 minutes for 3 damn tacos. Save yourself the headache and avoid this horrible place.

I always consider Taco Bell a great food value. There's better Mexican out there but at substantially higher prices. Value-At-Price-Point is a concept of merit to consider at any purchase, and Taco Bell delivers.

I ordered and payed for 2 chicken chalupas with double meat and taco with double meat still got a regular order with mostly lettuce and no meat! I swear every time I order double meat they do this especially through the drive through! Basically there number 6 if I wanted lettuce and bread I could just go to Publix!

Anytime if it’s after 8pm, it’s a disaster. Drive thru doesn’t move and no one cares. 30+ minutes to move up 2 spots in drive thru. Employees walking in and out while cars are waiting.

Ordered a 12 pack of tacos 6 hard 6 soft only gave me the 6 soft. The tacos I did get barely had anything on them. While pulling up to the window we had to stop because they had left something off someone else's order. We don't live close so it really sucks to get home and only have part of your order. They need training from the other Bessemer location or Hoover because every time I come here the service gets worse.
