Ordered 2 combos. It's like they intentionally gave me nothing I asked for. They did get my quesadilla right but it wasn't even cut. Just a whole grilled tortilla. Ordered the 3 supreme dorito taco combo. Got two dorito tacos and a plain hard taco... None of them supreme. Asked for a supreme soft taco. Got a plain hard taco. Asked for Baja blast - got regular mountain dew. I'm just disappointed this seems to be the norm for all fast food places in this entire area.

I went tonight and got a Crunchwrap and a Borrito, they left my Crunchwrap out of my bag so I had to go back through the drive thru to get it, I get home and this is what I got. This isn’t what I expected because it was great customer service.

I'm not going to give this store a bad review. I picked the closest to the average. I've been going to this store for a long as it's been open. Today my order got lost between the kiosk and the kitchen. I was charged and the assistant manager said I was out of luck. She said the digital ordering was not connected to Taco Bell. Thank God the store manager was there. I've known him for as long as he's been there. He admitted orders can get lost and I've seen it happen at other stores. The fact that the assistant manager expected me to take the loss is absolutely unacceptable. Full disclosure,I don't do online banking for security reasons.

Very clean store and friendly staff. Outdoor seating was a plus. We ordered online and our food was prepared very quickly and correct the first time which is hard to find. Were from out of town and asked some questions about the area the staff were very friendly and patient with us.

I guess all the employees died or quit, waited at drive thru 7-8 minutes and no one ever came. The cars infront of us started leaving, when we pulled out no one was in the window or at the counter
Horrible.. it would be better to have gone to mickey d.. watched how the food was prepared and there’s no way I’d comeback to any Taco Bell again unless it the only ơn this planet left to eat. The only thing it got going for it is “thank goodness we didn’t get sick”.
